Forever

Chapter 3

Lily's POV

     I walk down to Breakfast early. No one other students are up. I'm grateful, I don't want to face anyone at the moment. I sit down and open up a book while I wait for the food to appear. 20 minutes later the food appears and I just pick a muffin. I walk out of the Great Hall and walk down by the Black Lake. I sit down. I take out my wand and put an invisible charm on myself while I practice little charms. I decide to try something new. I remember a couple years ago, Dad was teaching James how to do a Patronus. I watched every single lesson that they did it. I doubt I'll get it right away but its worth trying. I stand up and look out to the middle of the lake. I think of all my good memories, Roxanne and me going to the beach over the summer. My dad teaching me how to fly on a toy broom. Going to France with Fleur and George. Going to Hogwarts for the first time. Getting my wand. Setting off fireworks during exams. I smile and say "Expecto Patronum." A white wisp come out of my wand. I keep all my happy memories at hand and very slowly my Patronus appears. A doe. It runs around the lake and I smile. It comes towards me and it runs through me. I feel happy, like nothing bad can happen. I feel like I'm floating. I look down and see that I am floating, even if its only a couple of inches. I laugh and then I float back down. My Patronus disappears and then I hear someone walking towards me. 'How can they see me?!' I think to myself. I look down and see that the invisibility spell is disappearing. 'No!' I think and I run.

     I run to the whomping willow. I throw a rock at the notch that temporarily freezes it, then I slid in to the hole. I crawl to the Shrieking shack as fast a possible. I make it there panting. I run up stairs and plop down on the bed there. For the past 2 years I've been coming here. Over the years I've been cleaning up the main bedroom. I have a bed in there with the Gryffindor colors, I have wood for a fire and my favorite is all the pictures I have in there. I have pictures of all my cousins and me, my parents when they were younger, Uncle Ron and Aunt Hermione when they were younger, my grandma and granddad Weasley when they were younger, Aunt Fleur and Uncle Bill on their wedding day, Uncle Fred and Uncle George, Uncle Percy and Aunt Audrey, Uncle George and Aunt Angelina, Uncle Remus and Aunt Tonks, Uncle Sirius, My brothers and me and lastly, The Golden trio. My favorite one is of Fred and George. Everyone says I act just like Fred. I wish I got to meet him, but Voldemort took that away from me. I start to cry and soon I fall asleep.

"Hello?" I ask. There's no reply. I walk around. I'm at Hogwarts, but it looks different. Some of it is in destroyed. I then notice the sparks flying every where. "Fred!" I hear someone yell. 'Fred? As in Uncle Fred?' I think. I run towards the voice. "Come on Fred, We have to get out of here!" Uncle George says the Uncle Fred. Fred nods and they run off, I follow them. 'Wait, doesn't he die around here? I need to stop them!' I run faster and catch up with them. I run in front of them and they stop. "Who are you?" They ask at the same time. "I'm the person that's going to make sure Fred lives. Come on." I say. They follow us and we go find Aunt Tonks and Uncle Remus. "Come with me!" I yell to them. They follow. I shout a bunch of spell at any Death Eaters that come near us. I get in to the Great Hall and watch as Grandma kills Bellatrix Lestrange. I take them to Grandma. "Here, watch over them. Don't let them die." I say. Grandma nods. I go running off.

     I'm shooting spells everywhere. I see my dad, Hermione and Ron running down the stairs. "Harry, don't do it." Hermione is saying. "I have to, I never wanted anyone to die for me. you guys have to destroy the last horcrux and then once that's done, you can kill Voldemort." my dad says. Hermione throws her arms around Harry hugging him. He walks out of the Great hall. A sword materializes in to my hands. The sword of Godric Gryffindor. I run up to Hermione and Ron. " Take this to destroy the Horcrux!" I yell. They nod and they run off. Hermione yells a thank you behind her back. I nod and run down after dad. I run in to the Forbidden forest. I watch as my dad kisses the snitch and it opens. He gasps and I see what he's holding, The Resurrection Stone. This time its my turn to gasp. Harry turns around, his wand raised. I hold up my hands in surrender. "I'm on your side." I say. Harry nods. I walk over to him and I put my hand over his. I close my eyes then open them. "Mum. Dad. Sirius. Cedric." Harry says. I gape at them. "Hello Harry, Hello young Lily." Grandma says. "You've been so brave." She then says.  "You are nearly there. Very close. We are…so proud of you." Granddad says. Tears stream down my face. "How is it?" Harry asks Sirius. "It feels like your asleep." Harry nods and looks at all of them, just like I do. "You'll stay with me?" "Forever." they reply. We nod and Harry drops the stone. "Harry, Can I keep the stone? I promise you that I wont let anyone get it." I ask. He looks at me for a couple of minutes and finally he nods. I pick up the stone and put it in my necklace. My necklace is a necklace that you can open. I put an extension charm on it, only I can see it. In it there are pictures of my brothers and me and a picture of my mum and dad. Harry looks at the pictures and I close it quickly. He looks at me, "How did you get that picture?" He asks. "You give it to me... I know you've time traveled before. That's what I did, I suppose." He doesn't say anything, he just looks at me. "Oh, and I'm coming with you. No arguing. We are ending Voldemort once and for all." Harry nods and we walk in to the clearing. "Ah, Harry Potter. the boy who lived coming to die." Voldemort says. Harry stands his ground. "And young Lily. So good of you to join us. looks like you get to see Harry die." He says while smiling. "Avada Kedavra" He says and Harry falls limp. I scream. "Silencio." Voldemort then says and I'm silenced.

     Narcissa walks over to Harry and makes sure that Harry's dead. "He's dead." She says and tears stream down my face. Voldemort then has Hagrid carry Harry and Narcissa take me out of the forest. We walk to the courtyard of Hogwarts. "You see? Harry Potter is dead! Do you understand now, deluded ones? He was nothing, ever, but a boy who relied on others to sacrifice themselves for him!" Voldemort yells. "No!" Ginny yells with tears streaming down her face. Grandma hold her. "Now, does anyone wish to join us?" He asks, everyone is quiet until Narcissa Calls to Draco. Draco, Scorpius's dad.... He doesn't go to his mother at first, then he does. They walk out of Hogwarts and disapparate. Neville then speaks up, "I'd like to say something." "I think we'd all be fascinated to hear what you have to say." Voldemort replies with a smirk on his face. "It doesn't matter that Harry's gone" "Stand down Neville!" Seamus Finnigan yells. Neville ignore him and goes on, "People die everyday. Friends, Family. yeah, we still lost Harry tonight. He's still with us, in here." He points to his heart. "No one died in vain. But YOU will. 'Cause your wrong! Harry's heart did beat for all of us! For all of us! Its not over!" He yells. Then Hermione and Ron then run in with the Sword or Gryffindor and Harry drops from Hagrids arms.

     He run in to the castle dodging spells sent off. I run after him and when I get inside we meet up with Hermione and Ron. "I'll lure the snake in to the castle, we have to kill it." "Ill kill it." I say. Harry nods. The snake follows Harry and I wait for my cue From Hermione and Ron. Finally It comes, I jump out and cut through the snake. Harry, Hermione, Ron and me run outside. Harry and Voldemort then Duel. The elder wand breaks in Voldemorts hand and Harry hits him. Voldemort disinigrates before our very eyes. Harry turns to look at us. Out of the corner of my eyes I see Flaming red hair fly at Harry. The same Flaming red hair that I have. They kiss and I turn away. Big mistake, Hermione and Ron are snogging. I gag and close my eyes. "Hey! Young Lily!" I hear Harry yell. I open my eyes and look at him. "Thanks." I smile and nod. " Harry, Who's she?" I hear Ginny ask. "You'll know in about 8 years." I say. she looks at me, mouth open. I walk over to where Voldemort once stood and I grab The elder wand. "What are you doing?!" I hear Hermione yell. "My wand broke. I cant go back to school with no wand. I am only in second year." I say. Hermione looks like she's about to say something else but Harry cuts her off, "Let her have it. We'll make sure she doesn't do anything bad with it. Anyways, she did save Fred, Tonks and Remus from dying. She deserves it." Hermione crosse4s her arms and turns away. "Thanks Harry. You know, when I get back, Its going to be weird calling you anything that's not Harry." I say smiling. He nods and then I disappear.
