The Letter -Chapter 18-

Nicky , Caspar and Joe had all gone out on a business trip thingy , Nicky and Caspar went together and Joe went on a separate one , for his new merch line that was going to launch very soon!

When i woke up it was around 1:30 in the afternoon so i was refreshed and ready to go! I walked into the kitchen and grabbed a bowl out form my cupboard, then I poured myself some cereals, added the milk and gulped it down - very quickly! I put my bowl in the sink , so I could wash it later, then I walked over to the door to check if I had any mail, I opened the door and saw a letter with my name on it.I opened it and started reading.I gasped...

(Y'all I can't even remember if Emmy had a surname so I'm just gonna give her a new one😂)

It read:

Dear Miss Taylor,

You have been invited to work with the Social Media star Cameron Dallas.You will be working on a project to raise money for comic relief - and the money you raise will go to the poor children in Africa and around the world! I hope you take this great opportunity and if you choose to , please call me back on this number *************. I know this may come as a shock but we have seen the other amazing charity events that you have carried out before, plus the incredible amounts of money that you raised and we would really like it if you could fly over to America (Los Angeles) to work on this project.It will be around 5 months long , possibly longer and possibly shorter.We have been through many other options and people and in conclusion , we think that you fit the slot properly hence why you have this letter in your hand right now! The flight from The London Airport to the Los Angeles Airport will be paid for and you will travel first class.If you want to take this opportunity , you need to have called me by the 25th of April, we hope you take this into consideration, think about it.

Wow.... I automatically wanted to fly it to do this, but then I thought about it..... I would be there for a while , although even the management weren't completely sure for how long I would be there- they did say it would be around 5 months though.That means I wouldn't be able to see Joe, Zoe, Caspar , or anybody for that matter! Although , I would work with Cameron Dallas! And that sound pretty awesome! I could also go and see Lele (Pons) whilst I was staying there , we go way back , as I'm Latina too , we get on very well and we used to live next to each other and our mums are best friends but I haven't seen her in ages!
I decided to text Vicky to see if she could come back as she only tagged along with Caspar and she didn't particularly want to go with him , but she didn't want to disturb me and she had nothing else to do in the house.

E- I don't suppose you can come home can you?
V- Why? Omg are you okay?!
E- Yeah I'm fine , just please come
V- Literally on my way
E- Thanks Vicky
V- No problemo
E- Love you!
V- Love u too💕

I waited about 10 minutes and then heard an urgent 'rushing' from outside the door , I instantly know who it is.......Vicky!
I go and open the door and she smiles at me and walks through "So, what's up then?" She looked at me , slightly concerned. "Well basically , this......" I say , showing her the letter. She read it and looked amazed
"Wow - Emmy , you have to take this! Think how much you'll help them.....omg you have to! Surely , you're not thinking of not doing it are you?" She questions
"Well...... I don't know......I mean.....5 months is a LONG time?"
"Emmy, if it's Joe you're worrying about then don't , he'll understand if you have to go because he's had to do a lot of things like this' he traveled around the uk and the USA to film his movie with Caspar for months aswell! I'm sure he'll understand! But this is an amazing opportunity Emmy!"
"Ok, I'll do it , I'll reply to her by email tonight and I'll tell Joe tomorrow" I sighed , I hope he would be okay with this
