Me and Bill were sitting on the couch and a ducktective marathon was on and it was probably the most tv I've watched since I was like 6 or 7.
Man does that bring back memories of when me and Mabel were best buds. We kept watching ducktective until it finally reached the season finale where ducktective is supposedly dead but he somehow manages to fake his death and return to solve the case of a life time.
About halfway threw the episode we heard the doorbell ring.
"I'll get it!" I said hopping off the couch and walking over to the big red door. I opened the door and there stood Mabel in her shooting star sweater and she was holding some overly sprinkled cookies.
"What do you want Mabel?" I asked
"Listen dipper I thought about it and I'm SO sorry and I really want you to come home to the shack!" She pleaded.
"Can Bill come?" I asked
"Uhhhh we'll have to ask grunkle Ford." She said
"Biiilllll!!" I called as he teleported right next to me.
"Come on let's start walking to the shack." Mabel said handing me the cookies and leading the way.
Bill didn't ask any questions, probably already knowing where were going and why.
We walked for what seemed like hours until we reached a shack with mystery shack sign on it and the S had fallen.
"Were here!!" Mabel squealed as she bolted up the stairs of the creaky old porch and knocked on the door.
The man she called Stan wore blue striped boxers and a stained yellow white tank top. Then another man that she hugged called Ford he wore clothes that were a little less strange and wore what looked like a trench coat or lab coat.
Me and Bill both stepped in the house and it seemed like Ford and Bill were having a glaring war.
Off to a great start already ._.
"Grunkle Ford as you know this is dipper!" Mabel said but both Ford and Bill shared glances.
"Yeah I met him at the asylum..." Ford said
"Yeah I remember you Ford." Dipper stated
"Hey dipper would mind coming with me to the basement?" Ford asked
"I guess." I said shrugging and Bill had a nervous look on his face.

Ford pov

I lead dipper down into the basement and told him how I was just going to test his sanity to be safe and he did not seem impressed.

I placed the helmet/bowl like thing that I had to protect people's minds from bill but in this case I was gonna take a peak at his memories.

The first thing that popped up was him meeting bill and all the happiness... and him uh uh... oh my... TMI TMI TMI (leave that up to ur imagination)

Next looked like when he took the test and then him getting pulled away from his family.
Next was him at the age of what look like 10 or 11 and in this memory he almost seemed like a different person and-

The memory was cut off by dipper pulling off the helmet and saying innocently
"your making me feel uncomfortable."

A/N: yes I know that the Christmas special was horrible but now we're on the main plot line and the story will probably reach its end in about 5 chapters max!
