Chapter 16: Who Am I?

Your POV

I can feel my head was heavy and painful. My eyes flutter open but what I could see is just an utter darkness. I tried to move but failed. That when I realize that I've been tied up on a wooden chair. I tried to scream but my mouth was been tied up with a handkerchief. I start to panic.

'Who kidnapped me?! Where am I?! Did the person take me as a hostage?!' So many question playing in my mind and the fear of been killed creeping in.

My both wrists become hurt as I struggle myself to free my hand but its no use. I just make the wound become worse.

Suddenly, a light from above shine towards me. That when I realize that I'm in a basement. Then, a quite slim and tall silhouette appear at the door.

"You're awake I suppose. Sorry for treating you like that but you know that this is how I treat my 'special' guest," said the silhouette as it climb down the stairs.

Each step that the person made makes me terrified, thinking what he will do to me next. But I tried to be tough and fearless as I ask it a question.

"Who are you? What do you want from me?" I yell at the shadow. The shadow just keep quiet as it descend. Soon enough, he chuckle.
"I don't know. Maybe to watch you suffer I guess?"

Somehow, the voice I heard was very familiar to me. "Who are you actually?" I ask again.

The shadow chuckles. "Woah! I can't believe that you are this dumb! Let me give you a hint. The person that said his confession during the reunion?"

That when I realized that the person who kidnapped me was...HIM

"O...oliver? Couldn't possibly be? But why? Why..." My sentences was cut by his cracking voice of a insane laughter.

"Oh gosh, (y/n)! How could you be so stupid and foolish by me?! I mean... Come on! Don't you even remember what I just said to you two years ago?"

Two years ago? That's when I remember the dream that I had before.

I look at him with my teary eyes. He was wearing a black coat with red lining. He had no bandages on his left eye, revealing a bright red coloured eye.

"I can't believe that you this stupid (y/n)," he spat.

"But why...Why did you do this to me? To us? You killed Miku, right? And you kidnapped Gumi? Why?"

He look at me with soften eyes but soon his eyes filled with rage. "Why? Why you said?! Hahahaha!" he laugh maniacly. Feeling really angry, he throw his madness by slapping me real hard. It was hurt as hell and my ears start ringing like hell.

"That green hair leek freak still hates me and keep blaming me for your f*cking memory loss which I don't give a damn!!" he rage up and yell at me, throwing his anger towards me.

I startled with his new personality. My tears already dried out and I look at him with fear in my face. His smile was not the same as I met him before. He smile was full of insanity and he was totally out of control.

"Oliver please! Why do sunk into the revenge? Do you have to do this?" softly I sob.

I can see he was startled with what I just said just now. "Wh...what do you mean by that?" he ask like a little innocent child.

"You don't have to be like that. I'm sorry for everything that my friends had done nasty to you but please, just forget this thing and accept my apologie."

Before I knew, his eyes become soften and he look down. "Maybe you right (y/n) but you know what (y/n)..." Before I knew, he pulled out a gun from his coat and placed it on my forehead.

"...I don't want to accept an apology from a person who make my left eye  become like this." He smile cynicly and he held the gun firmly. "Any last words (y/n)?"

"Yeah...Leave her alone bastard!!!" I look at the person and realize it was Len. Immediately, he stab Oliver from behind. A painful scream filled up.

"Len!" I yell. His shirt was covered with blood stains and his face was covered with bruises and wound. He was very weak to stand up but I could say that he was trying his best to stand up.

He walk towards me and cut the ropes off with the knife that he use to stab him.

"Im...Impossible! I thought you're.dead. I drugged you!" he yell as he lift the gun and pull the trigger.

A loud bang heard and I realize that Len been shot. "Len!" I look at him terrified. The ropes completely loose and I free myself. I throw myself to the floor. He was badly injured.

"(Y/n), go and free yourself. Find some help," weakly he said. "How about you?" Len immediately stand up and look at me. "Go! I buy you some time. I just want to kill this bastard that has killed my sister," he said as he charge himself to stab him.

Without thinking any longer, I run from the basement. I turn back to see Len was struggling to fight Oliver. Few, sound of gunshot can be heard and Len was lying there lifelessly. Oliver look at me with his insane smile and to try to catch me up.

I run as fast as I could to the main door when I heard a polices sirens from outside. Behind me was an insane Oliver calling me to come back.

I keep running but then a massive headache strike me again. Then, memories came striking me.

Each memories realize me that I'm a bully back there two years ago. I realize my mistake. I feel awful for bullying him back then. Who am I back there? Am I his girlfriend? Or an enemy? Why can't I remember anything? What had happen to me before that?

My vision start to blurry. I manage to get out from the hell but I collaps. I can hear gunshots and polices entering the house. Paramedics running towards me and carry me to the ambulance. I look back and saw Oliver's body lying lifelessly. He must be had collaps and instantly died due to the injuries. Soon enough, my vision become black and I'm out.
