I'm thinking about what I just did to makal! I didn't mean to put my hands on her but I wish she would stop doing unessicery shit behind my back that she know I don't like.i sat there watching makal sleep.looking at her bruises made me mad at myself I messed up her beautiful face.i really need to start taking my meds often

"No"I say "so what's the reason behind that whole kidnapping me for no reason scene?"makal ask.i didn't answer her question I got up and went to my dresser to get my meds that I take at night i put two in my mouth and took some water with it then I swallowed them.after a while of taking them I start calming down.soon Imma do makal a favor and find her family so she could leave me and so I could leave her alone for good so I don't get obsessed or act to crazy with her and thinking she's my property or something.i need to chill out with that forreal!
