Ok now that that's over with where were we. Right introduction, that video is a remix of Clarity by Zedd. One of my fav songs. Ok anyway enjoy. BTW this chapter isn't finished yet and it is not edited so if there are mistakes I'm sorry.

I threw another waded piece of paper, like they do in the movies, in my trash can. I've been trying to write my valedictorian speech for hours and yet it and I still suck. Would ya look at that nothing's changed. JK but seriously. I go over to my bathroom, that is connected to my bedroom, and look in the mirror. I look like a zombie and am literally mortified of myself right now. "Wow you look like crap" I say to my reflection. I splash some water on my face and dry my face off with a towel. I go back into my room and sit down at my desk again. I try writing my speech again. 20 minutes later another balled up paper heads for the trash can. "Ugh why can't I just be better at life" I say to myself.

Maybe I should just call Val. Yup, that is a great idea. Another way to procrastinate. Calling Val.......

"What's up Jessie" Val says.

"Nothing what's up with you" I say back.

"Nothing, last time I checked I was perfectly fine, but I guess you're a doctor. So who knows, well I guess you do."  Val said.

"Um....... ok?" I said. " You know you're really a dork sometimes right."

"Yeah." Val said " What ya doin'?"

"Working on my valedictorian speech." I said "I've been working for like forever."

"Yeah ok." Val said. "Well I got some homework do to so byeeeee see you tomorrow Jessie."

"Bye Val talk to you tomorrow."

Uhhhhh, I'm so tired of this, I might just go to bed. Yup and I'm in bed well guess I'll talk to Val tomorrow.

I wake up to the smell of waffles drifting into my nose. I hurriedly get out of bed and do my morning routine as fast as I can. I run down stairs and am greeted with my Mom making waffles, my sister sitting at the counter eating waffles while playing on her iPod, and my Dad sitting on the couch eating a plate of waffles and drinking some coffee while watching the news in his new dress shirt my Mom just got for him. It would be really funny if he got maple syrup on his new shirt.😆😆 Anyway my sister notices me first and says "What's up sis?"

"Nothin' much just hungry" as I say this my mom sets a play full of waffles down for me.

"Thanks Mum." I say.

"Your welcome." My Mom responds.

As I'm finishing my waffles I hear a honk outside and know it's Val. So I say a quick hug to my Mom, a kiss to my Dad's cheek, and give hug to my sister. I jump in Val's car and say a quick hello as I turn on the radio and we start sing out are jams as we make are way to school. Today's going to be great I just know it I think to myself.
