Jace Norman x Reader (Short Story)

The Crush

     You had just got done with a photo shoot, and were in the dressing room with your younger sister taking a break before the next session. You guys have both enjoyed acting, but were always to nervous to actual try and become an actor so you would just do little acting skits in your free time. This time you guys were acting out a scene were your sister turned out to betray the spy company you work for and it was your job to stop her.

"Ashlen! Why would you do this?! Why would you betray us like that?!" You yelled at her. You could see that she couldn't help but smile a little.

"You dont get it. That company we, you, work for is the evil one" she says. Shes not bad at acting, but shes not the best.

"W-What do you mean..?" You say stunned "Our company is the one trying to save people! That place you betrayed us for are the evil ones! Look at everything they have done! They have killed many innocent people!"

"And what you guys haven't?"

"NO!" You scream tears coming to your eyes "Please..Ash..their decieving you! Come back to us! To me!"

"No. It's you that needs to open their eyes!" She yells then charges at you. You lift up your invisible gun and shoot. You sister goes down.

"I-Im sorry.." you whisper falling to your knees crying slightly. Then you guys hear clapping, and both your head snap up. You look over to see your manager, and a few other people standing in the door way. Your face goes red.

"Wow.." Your manager says "I didn't know you could act like that [y/n]"

"Y-Yeah..its just something we do for fun. Im not to good at it though.." You stand up, your face bright red.

"No. Your amazing!" One of the other people say

"You should do acting seriously!" Another one says

"Right? I always thought she was amazing!" Ashlen says

"Y-You think?" you say before laughing nervously "thanks.." Your manager seems to have come up with an idea because her face lights up.

"I have an idea" She says grabbing your wrist and taking somewhere.

"W-What are you doing?" You ask. Her smile just widens. Pretty soon you arrive at the bosses office. She knocks on the door which is followed by "come in". She drags you in and stops in front of his desk.

"I think [y/n] here should start acting" she says shocking you.

"What? Why" He says going back and forth between you.

"Well I just walked in on her acting with her lttle sister for fun, and she was very good. On a professional level"

"Is that true [y/n]?" He asks looking at you

"W-well.." You say feeling your face getting hot again "I dont think so.."

"Shes just being modest. Im serious. Shes good" You manager says

"Even if she is, we can't just make her into an actor you know? It would take a lot of work just to get her to appear on a show. Plus she has all this work with modeling" You boss says

"Alright listen. She can do both! And as for the show we can just have her appear on a nickelodean show that is willing!" She exclaims. You cant do anything but stand there. "Plus I think seeing her in action will change your mind" She pulls out her phone, and plays a video handing him over the phone. You hear the ending part of you performance. and your face goes bright red.

"Y-You recorded me?!" You exclaim in disbelief.

She smiles sheepishly. "You were just so good" After the video ended the boss sat there in serious thought for a while before nodding.
