-AnnaBeth-
We were falling. Wind blew in my ears, making it hard to hear. And Percy's hands gripped tightly on my forearms. My blonde hair was flying everywhere and I was scared.
We were falling, down a pit, a pit to Tartarus. Tears stung my eyes, "I love you!" Percy screamed to me. I looked down, and saw a vast opening.
My mind was racing, it was closer than expected. No way out. My ankle throbbed. The splint was barely keeping together.
My breath was shortened, turning into gasps. I squeezed my eyes shut. This was how I was going to die. I was going to die.
Somehow, because no one survived Tartarus, except Nico. But he is the son of Hades. He had a better chance of surviving. The opening to the pit was coming closer.
My shirt flattered in the distance, but I could Braelyn hear that. "I lo-" But before I could say anything. Percy's hands gripped my wrists.
He flipped us, pulling me to his chest. He was now on the bottom of me. His back facing the pits bottom.
"What are yo-" Again, I was interrupted. "I love you AnnaBeth Chase. I love you so much." He whispered in my ear. "I love you to." I whispered back, then saw the entrance closer than ever.
I clamped my eyes closed again.

I braced for impact, opening my eyes as for a few seconds we were still falling. Maybe my calculations where incorrect?
Boom. The impact hit. Everything went dark.
I groggily opened my eyes. I groaned, and used my arms to get up. I sat on my knees, avoiding standing because of my ankle.
I gasped, a figure was in front of me. Gaia.
"Oh child. Don't be afraid. Just join me. And I won't destroy you children." She said, her voice smoothed out. "Never!" I spit out, after all I would probably die before I get a chance to think about it. Not that I would ever say yes.
"Say goodbye to you future child!" She hissed, "I am no child!" I shouted at her, trying to get up. I winced as pain erupted in my ankle, wrong angle.
"Say goodbye to your future!" She said, her eyes still closed. "I still have a future dirt-face!" I shot back. My future, well, I wasn't sure if she was wrong of not.
I might survive. A slim chance, and maybe after Percy and I could have a future? Go to New Rome, start college, graduate, and maybe. Just maybe. Have kids.
"Kids. Oh you will have kids." She said, "Do y-" Before I could finish, everything went black. What did she mean?
I opened my eyes again. Glass shards piercing my skin, and poison vapor clouded the air. I flinched as a sharp went into my elbow. "Ow." I muttered, taking a deep breath and pulling it out. It was a long shard, and my elbow was bleeding a bit.
Not that it mattered to me. "AnnaBeth. Gaia. No! Kids! Future! Kids! AnnaBeth! No! No! No!" Percy muttered, his volume increasing with each word he muttered. "Percy." I whispered to myself.
I got up quickly, limping toward him. Careful not to injure myself more. By now Percy seemed to be yelling. "No! AnnaBeth! No!" He yelled, my eyes widened. I had to wake him up.
"Percy!" I screamed over him, placing my hands on his chest. I shook him violently for about 3 minutes. Then, his eyes shot open. And he sat up with incredible speed.
"AnnaBeth." He whispered, he hugged me quickly. I wrapped my arms around him. I could feel blood seeping from the back of the shirt, and the glass shards in his flesh. I heard him winced as I pulled one out gently. "Leave it. I'll get them out somehow." He told me, I sighed but nodded.
My stomach was in knots, they seemed to grow bigger by the second. "Were in Tartarus." He whispered, we had released each other. "I know. We have to go. The quicker we find the Doors. The quicker we get out." I told him, he nodded. His sea green eyes looking straight into my stormy grey eyes.
I kneeled and got up myself, and pulled on Percy's arm to help him up. We turned around, ready to start walking. "Thanks." I told him, he looked at me confused.
"Why?" He asked me, "For saving me Seaweed Brain." I told him, he kissed my cheek. "Anything for you Wise Girl." He told me, "I love you." I told him, then we heard a voice.
I recognized that voice!
"Well isn't someone just looking for death." The voice hissed.
"Arachne." We both whispered, she was standing right in front of us.
