Luna's pov
I skip to my next class which is potions. I don't much care for potions because most of the time professor snape usually gets us to make bad energy potions.
I walk into the class, most of the kids are siting with people, except a brunette with lots of freckles.
"I wonder how she got them"
I say out loud.
I sit in a spot next to her
"Hello, I'm Luna." I introduce my self.
The strange girl looks at me rather shocked
"I-I'm Kalli."
This new Kalli says. I smile
"I do not very much like this class, gives bad energy with the potions, you know"
Kalli shakes her head
"Uhm...no sorry I don't know, but I understand I guess."
I smile as Snape walks in quite fast in my opinion.
"There will be no wand waving in my class unless asked,there will be no laughing unless potion tells you too. And there will be no, talking about stuff if it's not about my class."
The tallish man said.
Professor snape gave us instructions and wrote on the chalk board a potion he wants us to make. When he finishes Kalli gets started right away. We are supposed to brew a Confusing Concoction potion to make the drinker confused and distracted.
That doesn't seem good. I start making a different thing.
••time skip••
"What are you doing miss lovegood ?"
Professor Snape asks
"Well, professor, I decided not to make the potion. It has bad energy." I say with a smile.
"You...what?" Snape asks, I can't tell if he's being sarcastic or not so I reply with
"Bad energy.bad but I made this flower for you from the ingredients and you can put it in your hair." I say and lift one of my flowers to him
Snape doesn't say anything.
So I break the silence
"I think it will look very nice on you, keep away the wrackspurts you know?"
Snape just looks at me and walked away.
"Guess he doesn't want it!" I say to myself. Kalli looks at me and nods
"Uh yeah guess not."
She says as she raises her hand
"Professor I'm done I think it'll work!"
She's a fast potion maker.
Snape comes back and looks at me for three seconds.
He looks at her potion and picked it up
"Hm yes very well miss..."
Snape says trying to figure out her last name.
"Oh! Just Kalli just Kalli" she says fast.
Snape walked away and mumbles something.
"Class, miss...kalli has done her potion just fine, I will let you know if it is a success next class, I will be testing it on a student named Kyle in year two."
She smiles and looks proud.
I put my hand on hers
"Good job miss Kalli, you've made bad energy, I'm proud of you!"
I tell her
"So what is your last name? You seem to keeps it a secret."
She looks tense and stutters
