Chapter 2
I was getting ready to go have dinner with Adam when I find out I have nothing decent to wear. I was digging through my closet and I didn't find anything....omg I was getting frustrated. When an idea came to my mind. That I'll just ask Thalia who is my BESTFRIEND to let me borrow so clothes. So I walk over to her room and knock on the door. Opening the door she says " hey cutie" " hey I have a huge favor to ask you." Umm... What is it?" " I need a outfit." "Sure I can let you borrow one" " omg thank you so you just saved my life." Going to he closet I immediately found what I wanted to wear. I picked a back sequence top with a pink skater skirt and some white chucks. And of course a knit cardigan. Walking out her room I gave her a hug and we both said bye. It was 7:30 and I still wasn't ready. I was still curling my hair. Once I finished my hair my phone lights up signaling that I got a text. It was for Adam.
Adam:
I'm outside.
Me:
Okay I'm on my way down
As I'm walking out the door I see Adam leaned back against his car. He gets up and says "you look stunning" " you don't look bad your self" I said that smiling. He opens the door so that I can get in. I gave him a smile. As soon as we walk in I'm amazed " I've never been here before" Adam looks a me "really? You've never been here the food is amazing" he said that smiling. Once we found a table we sat down. There was an awkward silence. So I decided to break it " what do you do in your free time?" I asked. "We'll I like to play guitar" "wow that is cool, I always wanted to know how to play guitar" " maybe I'll give you a lesson sometime."He said that smiling. " that would be great " Wow he has a beautiful smile. " so what do you do on your free time?" " ummm I like hanging out with my best friend Thalia I know I probably sound lame." I said that smiling " no that's cool you don't sound lame at all, how long have you guys been friends?" " since as long as I can remembers " so then the waiter came. I order spaghetti because it was the only thing I knew on the menu and Adam ordered the same thing. The night went on and we kept on asking each other questions. I couldn't stop smiling and laughing. I never felt so comfortable around some one. I felt so happy. I was caught up in the moment I lost track of time. It was getting late. " we'll it's getting late" he said " I was thinking the same thing. I said that smiling. I was about to take money out of my wallet to pay for my food when he waved it off. " I'm paying from our meal after all you are my guest." He said that smiling. After we left the restaurant. He drove me home the car ride wasn't awkward at all the radio was on and we were just listening to oldies his favorite. Once we reached my house he got off with me and said "I had a great time tonight, Hopefully we can do it again sometime" he said that smiling with is beautiful smile. " yeah me to and I would love to do it a gain some time." I was going in for a hug when our lips met. He grabbed me from the waist and my hands rapped around his neck. My mind was completely blank. This was our first kiss. We'll this was my first kiss. After our lips parted we were both smiling. We both said bye, and once I got inside I had the biggest smile on my face that just wouldn't go away and I loved it. I just couldn't stop thinking about our kiss I felt sparks and butterflies. And at that moment I knew he was the one. The next day which was a Monday. I was walking home from school when I see Adams car parked In front of my house. And here is we're everything happens. " hey" I said "we're you never going to tell me!?" " tell you what... " I asked confusingly "what do you me tell me what! That you still in middle school, that you a minor!" " I-I'm sorry I forgot I g-guess" by now I was scared to death just thinking of that fact that I just find this perfect guy and now he's leaving me. " what do you mean forgot!! Jade I'm 19 your 13 , just by kissing you is basically rap! I can go to jail for that" " you know I would never tell the cops right.....right!" "yes... But this.... Us .... Can't happen" "wait what... No yes we can happen Adam... Don't you dare tell me when we kissed you didn't feel anything!" " I did feel something that's what makes is so bad don't you see this is wrong..." " I know but it feels right." After I said that Adam got in his car and drove off...... I was in shock of what just had happened. Who would have know after this magical kiss we had everything was going to go down hill. I didn't really care about our age difference all I cared about was being with Adam. I know it's crazy but I don't care if I just met him I had the most amazing connection with him and I didn't want to get rid of that.
