"Umm Charlie, I'm done with my test." I said unshure what else to say.
"Oh great. So we will get you started on your next test." She said.
"Another? How many do I have to take?!" I asked worried.
"Three including this one. Don't worry it woulnt take long. You were fast on the first one so i'm shure it wouln't be that bad. Oh is it ok if the boy you met Hunter can take some tests with you like at the same time?" Charlie blabbed.
That last part took me by surprize.
"Hunter and me? Shure. I dont mind. So ya."
"Wonderful!!!" She replied cheerfully.
Ugh this woman would not shut up.
When we walked into the library again this time Hunter was there. He smiled at me but then went back to his test. That worried me a little.
"Does he not like me?" I silently asked myself.
I hoped so.
"Jessie? Are you ok? You seem distant." Charlie asked nervously.
"Hugh? Oh yeah i'm fine. Just sleepy I guess. Sorry." I tried to smile but that didnt help her.
"Hmmmm ok well back to those tests. You need to focus and do your best ok?" She told me.
I know she ment well but she was really making me feel like I couldnt do anything or didnt know anything.
"Thanks. Do I just come to you again when i'm done?" I asked.
"Yup then I will get you started again." She smiled.
"Ugh" I groaned. I didnt know it was that loud til Hunter asked "You ok or are you just aggravated?"
" A little bit yeah. I'm good. Thanks for asking. Can I ask you a question that may seem a little forward?" I asked knowing that this was a risk.
"Uh shure." he replied really not sounding shure.
"Ok, do you like me?"
