You and (y/c/n) are getting ready for a New Years party. He seems fidgety, he's sweating, rubbing his hands on his jeans, and cracking his knuckles constantly. You ask him what's wrong and he says "nothing just exited for New Years". You smile at him and you guys pull up to the hotel the party is in.

You guys are sitting at the table and a petite dark skinned girl sits down next to (y/c/n). He hugs her and says "oh my god Stacy long time no see" he whispers something else in her ear and you frown at him. "What'd you tell her" you ask him when she leaves. He replies with a simple "nothing" and runs to the bathroom. Stacy sits next to you and tells you to go to the the roof of the hotel, you roll your eyes at her and ask why. "Just please go I'm begging you" she says. "What's it to you geez" you say sighing as you walk up to the roof.

You get to the roof and it's decorated with candles. It has a nicely decorated table in the middle with two silver platters, (y/c/n) walks out and takes your hand and seats you at the table. Instead of sitting down too he kneels down in one knee next to you and pulls out a case from his pocket. You gasp in excitement and he opens the case "kamryn will you do me the honor of marrying me" he looks deep into your eyes and tear start to form in them. "Yes,of course" you manage to say he puts the ring on your finger and pulls you into a long passionate kiss. You both spend the evening eating together and dancing on the rooftop. Just you're about to leave you remember how you treated Stacy not knowing she wasn't a threat, but the opposite. You run downstairs looking for her but as soon as you look through the window you see a man holding a gun pointed at a bartender. You run back to (y/c/n) and tell him what you saw he calls the police and soon you hear a ruckus downstairs. You sit near a wall with him as he comforts you telling you everything is gonna be okay. A police officer tells you it's safe to come downstairs and you end up going home with (y/c/n) to watch the conjuring.
