She knew their time would soon come to an end, yet she didn't want to let go. Knowing it would keep eating her inside till there was nothing left and that would give him the chance to leave. She knew it, and he did too, because neither of them wanted to let go until there was nothing left.

She sits up feeling pain all around her. She can feel him watching her as he lays down. She rubs her neck as to where the love bits appear but knows they're from pleasure. Touching her hands feeling his skin on hers, wanting his touch. She puts her head down and nods her head. She knew this was it, but she didn't want it to be, and neither did he, but they knew there was nothing left.

His eyes full of sadness not knowing what to do next. She gets up and walks to the walk in closet, in her lace bra and underwear. She puts on black jeans, a white muscle tank and her black superstars.

He sits up still stunned from his thoughts thinking about what to do. He quickly puts on red shorts and a black t-shirt and at a fast pace walks down the stairs. By the time he reaches the hallway her slim figure has disappeared.

His vision starts to blur and the walls start to close in. Panic starts to full him and he frantically tries to think of something, but still lightheaded and tired from the time of day he still seems to be unphased.

All emotions rise in him but none seem to appear in his face. He's is nothing but emotionless. How did he get to become this weak, pathetic and delicate person when he knew something like this was bound to happen.

It was because of her, only her. Only she could rip his heart out and take it away without a thought of hurting him and without a sad feeling in her. Little did he know it was as hard for her as it was as hard for him.

Here she was driving her car in the pouring rain somewhere far into the distance, not a clue where she was going. It came to the point where she couldn't tell if it was the rain blurring her vision or the tears filling her eyes and streaming down her face.

Pulling over she let her head fall on the steering wheel. She cried until it hurt to and until she had nothing left.

She looks at herself in the mirror, eyes red and puffy and lines on her face from the clear liquor running down. Thoughts filled her head one after another wanting to rip her hair out because it was too much. Time was wasting, going by and vanishing as fast as it came.

Quick, what should I do she thought, but it wasn't enough to kill everything else running in her head. It was because of him, only him. Only he could rip her heart out and take it away without a thought of hurting her and without a sad feeling in him. Little did she know it was as hard for him as it was as hard for her.

Eight in the morning turned into eleven at night, memories of her dancing in the kitchen in the morning making breakfast, and her face when it glowed in the moonlight put him in a trance. His eyes focused on nothing but in the places where she used to be, everywhere but no she was nowhere to be found.

He couldn't eat nor sleep, but just think, think about her.

He checked his phone for what felt about the millionth time today, but still no sign of her; no text or call. He left 17 voice massages, each one saying how he wasn't ready to let go, how he was worried and how much he loves her.

Eleven turned into one and his eyes started to slowly close. He dragged each foot slowly as he walked from his kitchen down the hall. Let it go the voice said, the one he had been avoiding ever since she stepped into his life. The voice that disappeared when hers became visible. But he knew hers was gone and that small voice was going to slowly creep back. Wanting to break everything in sight because he couldn't let go. Here was, stopped at the steps of the stairs in the hallways that lead to the bedroom, when a small creak echos in the house. That voice, more delicate, the one he thought wouldn't come back, suddenly did.

"Jason?"

And just when they thought there was nothing left, the void filled with light.
