Being Overprotective and First Touch

Ricardo pov.

Alfred was still passed out when i came to check up on him. I knew i shouldn't have agreed with Olivia to stay way. But luckily I got to him in time.

(Flashback)

I was walking down the street thinking if i should talk to Alfred about what happened earlier. Then i heard someone yelling so i ran down to see what was happening. When I got halfway there I saw a group of older men surrounding one boy that I knew very well....Alfred. 

I got angry from looking at them then all of the sudden I started running towards them. I punch the one who was pinning him down in the face then started fighting the others. After the fight all of them was down so I carry Alfred back home with me.

(End flashback)

Looking at him now i saw some bruises that are bandage up. I was about to get up when i heard him coughing. He was awoke and he sat up in pain.

"Whoa hey i don't think you should be standing-"

"I'm fine...."

He looked at me with disappointment. Then he look down.

"Why did you save me? I heard you and my sister arguing earlier....just why you-"

I hug him tightly. My face buried into his neck and my hands around his waist. A minute later I looked at him with frown. I knew that I was very close to his face but I didn't even care.

"I'm sorry...i wanted to tell you but...look I'm very sorry."

He smile at me and chuckled a bit.

"It fine don't do it again you had me worrying."

I felt myself blushing from seeing him smile at me. I lean towards him very close. He look at me with confusion. Before I could do anything, Mr. Ruzzy come in with a sleepy look on face.

"Hey kiddo. What you doing up this late?"

He ask me then looks at Alfred for bit. He slowly started grin wider. 

"Oh I see. Well don't be ruining my sheets while you at it."

"Its not like that Ruzz!"

I blush and yell at him as he leaves my room closing the door. I turn to Alfred but he grin at me as well. 

"So that what your doing huh?"

I blush even more at his comment. He started laughing saying that he was joking. The laughter died down and it become total silents. He look up at me with a more serious face.

"So why did my sister threaten you today. You didn't do anything to her did you?"

I shook my head at him but I knew what he meant as I took a breath in deeply.

"Well, we were mostly online friends with another friend of mine. All of us use to be very close and she was like a sister to me. One day that friend of mine had tried to assault her at one point during a meet up. she told me about it and I wasn't sure how to go about. They started arguing with him stating that 'a girls have to please a man' and with her saying how all girl aren't like that. Then she said  that she wasn't going to be friends with men who 'like assaulting women for pleasure' meaning she thought I was the same way and she stop being friends with me." 

I took a deep breath before turning to him and looking into his face.

"When she found out I was friends with you she though I was going to hurt you like my friend hurt her back then. She was protecting you, which I understand completely. So don't be mad at her....she's going through it man."

He look with sadden eyes and sigh deeply to himself.

" Well that explains everything. I mean, I'm happy that I have a overprotective sister but its just that I don't  being treated like a child anymore. And I hate it when people keeps secrets from me. So thank you for tell me that at least I know what's going on between you two."

He sigh again as he tries to get up from the bed, only to fall back down in pain.

"Yea seriously you need to rest your body. it's going to hurt even more if you try to stand on your own."

I told him, placing him back on the bed and putting a blanket on him. He thank me before saying;

"Well can you at least try to make up with her for me. I really like you...I mean..well..."

* Did he just confessed to me. Did he say he like me.*

He said blushing and looking down at his hands while hiding his cute face. 

*Oh god he did. He likes me? *

The fact that he liked me now made feel overjoyed. And his cute face said it all. Alfred always have this cuteness to him that I'm not only never use to but also was in love with. he have a very beautiful face with his mess of a hair and him hiding it away from me makes him cuter. Besides his cute face, I fell in love with his  smart and wise personality. It makes me wounder what else he can do. 

I had a smirk on face as I pick his face to look up at me. He look deeply at me  before moving closer towards, leaning toward me. Before I knew it, we both lean in and our lips touch. It was only for a few second before I parted away out of panic. I didn't mean to kiss him. though it felt good. 

"H-hey why did you stop. I like it..."

He said before  pulling back in for another kiss. As I slowly started to close my eyes, It felt amazing. His lips were very soft and small which was cute. As we kiss more, he pull me on the bed making me lay with him. I wrap my arms around waist then pull him closer towards me. We kiss for a while before parted for air. When I look at him, he made a cute face as he was grasping for air. We look at each other for about a minute before I spoke.

"I-i been meaning to tell you that I..love you. That I was in love with you and everything you did. I been wanted to tell you this for years but when you left, I felt like I wasn't going to get that chance again. You are very important to me. That's why I agree to Olivia's demands because I love you very much."

Tears came down his face as smile at me and kiss me once more.

"I love you too you dumb rabbit. I always have."

he said to me as we lay there. after a while we falling asleep on the same bed and in each other arms.
