Ancient Soul (Book 2 of Soul Legacy)

Prologue

" The Graduating Class of 2016" the headmaster announced, loud cheers could heard from the graduating class of Blood Moon University. With the cheers there were howls coming from 4 people standing side by side with a fifth person staring and shake his head at them. They were what most considered a tight group with a bond that went beyond that of most groups. They had something that went that most groups didn't have, they were family. Two were brothers, identical twin brothers that the only way to tell them apart is when their shirts are off because one has a huge tattoo on his body. The third person was a female and mate to the brother with the tattoo. The fourth person was a tall, pale, lean male and mate to the other brother. Finally the fifth person was the most different of the group, standing at 7'5'' tall, slightly tan skin, greenish grey-gold eyes, a huge muscular body build, and the most surprising feature is his silver hair.

His name Chase Wolfgang and is the twin's cousin and Alpha Heir to the legendary park. Silverfang Clan. He was truly different from his cousin's were they just werewolves, he was a hybrid half werewolf and half ancient. All of their family were standing cheering and howling all but one he was standing at the far back near a shaded tree and he wasn't alone. "You know it's okay to see him." says the man as he watches his grandson get tackled by his cousin's for a photo. "You know it's not okay Merlin. With my Uncle still out there he will do anything he can to kill Chase." the man in the shadows tells Merlin. He chuckles realizing he doesn't know his grandson inherited more then just the alpha power. "Tobias your son isn't just an alpha he's also an immortal like you and my daughter." Merlin tells Tobias shocking him that his own son is immortal like him and his mate. "My son is immortal?" Tobias asked wanting to make sure it's true.

Merlin nods answering his question "Yes Chase is immortal but he is not just immortal he is the first immortal born between two immortals ever to exist." Tobias just looks at his father-in-law in awe then looks back toward his son realizing that his own son is more special then he thought. Unknown to them there was one more person watching Chase but with pure hatred and disgust keeping hidden from the two immortals, making sure they're in his sight but can't hear with all the cheering and howling. He starts to leave but looks at the young alpha one more time before leaving with a dark promise. "I will kill you and have your parents watch as I kill you."
