Chapter 9

Lauren's POV

*In the car*

Niall was driving me somewhere but he wouldn't tell me where. "Niall can you just tell me?" I begged. "No! It's a surprise!"

"I don't like not knowing where we're going!"

"I can tell! But I like to surprise people so you'll just have to deal with it!" He said smirking. "Agh fine!" I didn't even look at him he just started to chuckle. It was silent for a while. I noticed his right hand coming closer to my hand but never taking it hand-in-hand. Niall just kept slowly moving it closer.

"Niall, you know you can hold my hand if you want." I said smiling a little. "I know... I guess I'm just nervous!"

"Why... You weren't nervous when you kissed me the first time! But your nervous to hold my hand?"

"I actually was nervous... But I haven't had a real girlfriend in a while... And I really like you and I don't to mess this up." I was watching him and he literally looked so adorable when he was like this.

I started to giggle a little bit. "what are you laugh about?" he asked. "Your just so cute... Look Niall you don't have to be nervous. Okay? You can hold my hand when you want, you can kiss me whenever you want, you can hug me and call me... I'm yours! Only yours!"

He smiled. "And I'm yours babe!" 'Babe' it gave me butterfly's when he called me that. I don't know why. "We're here!" Niall stated smiling. He got out and ran to my side of the car and opened the door for me.

"Thank you"

"My pleasure ma lady!" we both started laughing. He got a basket and blanket from the truck and took my hand. "Where are we going?" we were at some place I've never seen in my life. And I've lived here my whole life. "You'll see." It was a great view. On one side I could see the town and on the other side I saw the water... It was beautiful. "It's beautiful isn't it?"

"Yea. How'd you find this place?"

"I don't know. I was driving around town to just find a quite place and I found this place. I come here when I just need to think."

"That's so sweet... So can you tell me why again we're here?"

"Well... I thought we can take a break from everything and relax. So we are going to have a nice lunch here by the water. "

"Sounds great. Thanks Nialler." I said leaning in to kiss him. "Anything for my princess. So we have crepes With Nutella specially made by Chef Nialler." He said making both of us laugh. "And some fresh fruit cut up by mwah... And for dessert some rainbow cupcakes made by-" I cut him off. "Let me guess... You?"

"No actually my mom but good try" He laughed. His laugh was so cute and loud and just so him. I loved it. "Here you go ma lady... One crepe with nutella."

"Thank you good sir" all I thought was why we we're talking like this but it was fun and carefree. I started eating and looked at Niall and he was already done. "You love food that much don't you?"

"Yup. Love food more then anything. One time I had a dream that all the food in the world was gone and I woke up crying. it was a sad dream." I bursts out laughing and he joined in.

"You love food more than me?"

"I can't love anything more than you. Always and forever babe." He then crashed his lips to mine. We finished eating and we were just lying on the ground looking at the sky. "Want to go in the water?"

"Niall... I would love to but I don't have a bathing suit."

"So come on that's what a bra and underwear are for!"

"Niall!" I said. "Come on I have towels in the car you can dry off with later. Come on it'll be fun." He said as he walked to the car to put the food away. "Niall-"

"Lauren come on... Just have some fun!" he yelled as he ran to the water taking his clothes off. I finally gave in and start to walk towards the water. I was stripped to my undergarments and was nervously walking towards the water. I never told anyone this but I have self esteem issues. I'm not comfortable with my body. Not even Harrison knew. I never told anyone but I hate being in a bikini. "Ba-" I heard Niall say and just stop mid word. "Niall what's wrong?"

"Babe your hot. Come here" he said opening his arms. "No..."

"Lauren please come here." He begged doing the puppy dog face. I gave in and walk to him. He wrapped his arms around me and pulled me tight. "What's wrong you don't look happy?" he asked looking into my eyes. "Nothing."

"I know something's wrong... Just tell me... I want to help."

"Fine! My self esteem isn't that good Niall... I hate my body... I hate being around boys in bikini's and girls cause I don't think I look good at all. And some people think I do it for attention but I don't. People tell me all the time Lauren your so pretty. I believe it for a minute and then think their just saying that to be nice. I hate my body and I just- I don't know... It's stupid I know." I couldn't even look at him.

"Hey. Hey hey hey!" he said lifting my head. "You are beautiful just the way you are! When I first saw you I was like man this girl is gorgeous! Then I started hanging out with you and I just wanted to be around you all the time. You have something other girls don't. A spark. Look at me... You are perfect!" I smiled. He looked into my eyes. "I love these legs! And this stomach! and these hands that I get to hold in my hands. This beautiful brown hair. And this smile is breath taking! The thing that caught my eye most were these eyes. These beautiful eyes that I love! I love everything about you! Okay! Your beautiful and I don't want you to change for the world!" He kissed me... It was so passionate yet so strong.

"Now... I want to jump off that rock right there so let's go gorgeous!"

"Oh noooo! I hate heights Niall..."

"Alright that's fine stay here... I'll have all the fun." He said smiling. "Niall please don't hurt yourself."

"I wont!" he yelled. And as he said that he did a backflip right off the rock and into the water. It was a perfect backflip! He landed in the water and I didn't see him after that. "Niall?" I yelled. "AHHHHH" He yelled jumping out of the water. "Your such an ass! You crazy Mofo!" I hit him in the chest. "Yea yea!" He said and pulled me in for a kiss. Today was truly one of the best days I've ever had.

A/N

So I'm sorry this chapter took so long. I didn't really know what I should do after last chapter. So I gave niall and Lauren a nice little date. I've decided I'm going to try and post every Saturday. If you have any ideas you would want in the story message me.
