Caroline held her stomach "These fucking babies..fucking hell..this is gonna hurt so fucking bad"

Soon the doctor walked in with a nurse "Okay Caroline"
"Can we please hurry and get these out of me..it hurts like a fucking bitch"
The doctor laughed "It may take a while..now can you sit up for me"
Caroline soon sat up
"Okay now this will hurt..having two will be painful"
Caroline looked at Klaus "I blame you"
"Hey..I didn't know" Then he held her hand
The doctor laughed, "Okay now Caroline need to you push"
"Fucking hell" squeezes Klaus's hand tightly making him loose feeling

The nurse was cleaning the babies "Congratulations on your boy and girl" then the doctor smiled "I'll leave you guys alone"

The nurse handed them the babies and walked out.
