"I knew it!",I shouted at the T.V. .I knew I got the puzzle solved,I guess I'm just to good for Wheel Of Fortune ..sigh....I wish i had friends...well i guess it's just me and you Mr.Television, wait I'm to human to be with you.
Why do I do this to myself?
"Honey come on we are going to be late",my mom shouted from the bottom of the staircase. I slowly got up from the couch, and pulled on a jumper and my vans, which were laying on the floor.
I heard my mom grumbling something as I took my time walking down the stairs .I sat down and looked at my mother's big blue kind eyes, well at the moment they looked impatient. Where are we even going?
"To go to the job interview I applied for ,don't you remember?",my mom asked me .Wait did she read my mind or something?
"No you are just thinking out loud,Kaitlin",my mom said as she picked up her purse off of the marble counter, that seemed to be everywhere in this house.
"Well in that case let's go get you a job",I smiled at my mom .I opened the door and well something didn't feel right, maybe it was the wind or my imagination but something was off. I jumped as something touched my arm, which turned out to be my mother.
"You strange child ",she said as she pulled me to the car ,I looked around me ,making sure nothing was going to jump out at me.
My mom got into the car,I heard voices, like they were calling me or something ,I looked around one last time before getting into the car,and my mom drove off. I turned up the music a little, but my mom turned it to her oldies boring music, she hummed to the song .I put in my headphones in and turned up the music .Suddenly I glanced up,it felt like someone or something was watching me.
Looking at the road,I blinked a couple times and shook my head just to make sure I was still sane.
*hour later*
"Honey wake up",my mom said shaking my arm,i grumbles something incomprehensible. I slowly looked over to my window and screamed as I saw a deathly face behind a nearby tree .I jolted up,and climbed to the drivers seat and climbed out that door, nearly knocking my mother down in the process. I hung onto my mom and she tried to peel me off her,she finally gave up and dragged me along with her into the big office building.
I waited near the door as my mom went to talk to the woman at the front desk .I looked over through one of the glass windows and saw the same tree shaking .I looked away quickly.
I was drug to the front desk by my mom and then was taken away by a woman who looked like she was flattened by a truck, her black hair was up in a tight bun and she wore a tight business suit. It looked ugly. She walked into a nice waiting room, with a big leather couch and two leather arm chairs.
"You are to stay here and not move",she said as she walked out the door .I sat down on the leather couch which felt weird compared to mine at home .Wait why did I even need to come,I could've stayed home,I don't understand my mom sometimes.
I pulled my headphones and iPhone out of my pocket. Might as well as get comfortable right?
I was too engrossed to notice something else in the room ,i guess i didn't hear the door open .I looked up and saw a boy about my age sitting across from me,he had kinda brown ,hair that kinda swished across his face,he had dimples, and a very nice smile, but he was.....white ,like he was cold,he looks really cold,no pink to his cheeks .straaaaaange.I took off my headphones and stuffed them into my pocket.
"Hi I'm Ashton ",he said, smiling with his gorgeous dimples. He stuck out his hand.
"Erm uh I'm uh Kaitlin",i said shaking his cold hand .I shivered at his touch,he seemed to notice cause he let go of my warm hand and put it to his side.
