This isn't a story; this is me asking for advice for a story plz halp me

My Dilemma

okay, so; i asked this on the forums of another site I'm on and NOBODY has given me advice. so, i thought i'd ask here. i apologize for the complete lack of punctuation, grammar, ect. on that site i don't really bother tbh and i'm copying and pasting from there:

so

i'm trying to make a book and there are a few things i could do with it

the book is a mix of sci-fi and supernatural (not the show the genre). in the world of the book(s), all mythical creatures exist or at one point have existed because they are the descendants of the line of Cain, like it says in the legend of beowulf. there are different sects and cultures of a myriad of different species, but one of the defining differences in them all is whether or not they actively try to help humans, eradicate them, or don't really care either way.

one of the groups that is like a organization owned by all of the governments of the world has figured out a way to find out if someone has a descendant of cain in their ancestry and unlock those abilities.

so....

OPTION 1

it is an extremely rare occurrence but sometimes a soul can be made twice, like an identical twin.

Andrea, the main characters are one (they have the same name). Their personality is Infp (simplest way to explain it) and both grew up in a christian conservative family but were basically disowned when they moved out and came out as demisexual pansexual.

when they are recruited for the program, they discover each other and that they have werewolf blood.

they start going by Andy and Andra to distinguish themselves and become like really close sisters.

Andy gets put under the apprenticeship of some random charatcer I haven't figured out yet, and Andra gets a half-vampire named Ash.

Ash had an abusive father and his mother died when he was still a minor (haven't decided how old), and when his mother died his father took off, which left his older brother to take care of him and his sister. the three were extremely close. eventually, they joined the organization and all rose to a high rank. his brother and sister died and he blamed himself. he changed from a happy-go-lucky, c.ocky, almost puppylike personality to being a mean, bitter jerk. Initially he's an extra special jerk to Andra bc he won't admit to himself he actually really likes her but eventually she saves his life and they become best friends and eventually a couple. he's like a blonde mix of Four from divergent and Raleigh Becket from Pacific Rim with both looks and personality (he also has heterochromia)

andy's love interest is her ex-best friend, Ari, from when she was a kid. Ari had a change of heart and embraced the fact she is a lesbian and loves Andy, which is one of the reasons why at one point when they were kids she pushed andy away a little and downgraded her to just a friend. she ends up tracking andy down and moving in with her and stuff happens

OPTION 2

Andrea is still the main character but instead of the twin thing there's just one andrea. in this version, andrea is the same and so is ash and ari. except they all end up moving in together & both ash and ari love andrea. they become a sorta poly relationship but not really because ash is bi and ari is a lesbian and they don't really think of each other that way; they become like a close brother and sister. so, basically, they both worship andrea and share her whilst playfully bickering over who's her favorite constantly, and who gets her sole attention next.

OPTION 3

i cut ari out (ash stays he is my bby) completely or make her just andrea's best friend and also cut the twin thing

this is so hard idk

i like the first option a lot but idk if i can come up with a good enough explanation as to why the past lives and past friends and family of andy and ash are so similar? and also the billions of pets they own? and when they met up they each get unique things thrown in their path that the other doesn't; and i guess i could say things are becoming more unique for them, though they are still intertwined very much, because they were brought together and it did something to the space time continuation or whatever but idk

i also like second option but am really torn. andrea is one of those people that struggles with lonliness, feeling left out and behind, trust issues, fear of abandonment, ect. the second option feels more....i don't know how to describe it. like ash and ari are less important because her love for them is divided. there could be a lesson in that of her learning her heart is big enough to hold them both without cheating the other, and i like that and the dynamics of those three being together a lot, but it just feels less....sacred?....between each of them that way. i feel like if i were in that situation i would somehow end up feeling left out and less important myself, and andrea is based off of me. that could play into the story and ash and ari could actively make an effort to constantly remind her they both consider her their favorite person and that they're a brother and sister to each other, but idk. the first option caters more to andrea finding that one special person, you know what I mean? but then it could also be like, "wow!! i never thought anybody would love me but now I have two amazing ppl in love w me!!" kinda thing. i also wanted to make a more relatable character for personality types who are more rare like me, and i feel like doing the 2nd option will make things less relatable because i don't ever see myself being happy in a poly relationship bc i think i'd get too jealous but idk.

i'm so conflicted because i have so many good scenes for ash and andra planned and it was gonna be a really cute thing between them but then i have to add ari into the mix if i go with the 2nd option, which seems like it'll diminish the bond between ash and andra. ash is notorious for being really bitter and grumpy and andra is one of the few he deals with and the only person who never feels the sharp side of his tongue (once he gets close to her). i also have one really cute scene of andy and ari but not much else except for life is strange feels (main inspiration for those too pricefield ftw dun judge me). the one good thing about the 2nd option that includes ash and ari equally is it can be a running joke that ash is always yelling, "GAAAAYYY!!!" and "STOP PUKING RAINBOWS" and such at them when he wants andrea's attention, and ari can yell "DOWN WITH THE STRAIGHTS!!" but idk this is hard.

plus it's kinda stupid but I REALLY like the nickname Andy bc it's my RL nickname and deciding who to give it to, if I go with the twin option, is hard. And also who gets which pets. Because, two of my dream dogs among many are a female Corgi named Charlie and a female Doberman PInscher named Scarlet. The twins are both based off of me, so how do I decide who gets what?

option 3 ish sad i dun like it but it is an option
