AN / for some reason I thought I needed to add French
Sherlock had been planning this for days. "John I'm going to be out today and I'm going to need this." He said as he pulled a bundle of mistletoe from the 221B doorway. Mrs. Hudson had put it there for John and Mary. "Where exactly are you going?" "I'm off to see Molly."
---- ------
Sherlock waited outside a side door to St. Bart's. He, Molly, and John were the only ones who used it. He got out his phone and quickly texted Molly to meet him there because he needed to talk to her. When she appeared in the hallway in front of him he leaned in the doorway, keeping his hand holding the mistletoe out of sight. "Hello Sherlock." She said.
He stretched his arm up and held mistletoe by a string in his hand.
"Look up."
In perfect unison they both looked up, then back at each other. They smiled, and Sherlock leaned down, hugging her and giving her a long kiss. Molly dove into the kiss without hesitation. Sherlock, without moving away from Molly, tossed the plant back over his head and onto the ground.
When they eventually had to step away from each other, Molly spoke, "What did you want to talk to me about?"
"I needed to tell you that I love you."
She smiled as it started to snow. Sherlock, who was standing outside, had dozens of tiny snowflakes littering his hair.
Molly laughed lightly, "There's a little-" she pointed to his hair, scattered with snow.
"Why am I the only one with a little snow in my hair?"
Sherlock grabbed her by the hand and pulled her outside. They laughed and danced in the snow. They weren't wearing many layers for the cold weather, but they didn't mind. All they could think about was that they were together.
---- ------
John sat in a cab not too far from where Sherlock and Molly were. "Oh, they look so cute together." He said. "L'amour d'hiver ... Winter Love." ---- ------
