I wake up facing a big window with the shades opened. From outside the window, it looks pretty high and I can't see much but the sky. It looks like a beautiful day but once I turn around I don't know where I am. The room I'm in is small with nothing but white paint. It looks so empty but smells like so much medicine. That's when I look to my side, I see all kinds of things. Now it comes to me. I'm in a hospital. That was not the problem though, the problem was that I couldn't think of one reason of why I ended up here. I think and think, until my head starts to hurt. Too much thinking wasn't worth it because I still couldn't think of any kind of reason as to why I'm here. Then it comes to me, I panicked for a moment. I tried moving my legs, hands, well technically my whole body but no, I was fine everywhere. The curiosity was eating me already and I had just woken up.

It was until someone opened the door. The tall man walked towards me and I just stared until he couldn't come any closer. It was dead in the room until he broke the silence. "Ms.Madison, you're awake. It was sooner than we all expected." I looked at him in confusion until I decided to speak. "What do you mean sonner than you all expected? What is going on? Why am I even here? I didn-"

"Ms.Madison, calm down. I will leave and your mother will come in to talk to you, alright?" I just nodded and with that, he left.

Not even five minutes passed and my grandmother walked in. She was alone because she was the only one who cared for me ever since I was born. I have a mother but she only comes to visit once in a blue moon. I won't lie, I did expect my mother to walk in but that didn't happen.

"Baby, you're finally up. I have been here for weeks and I just couldn't wait for this moment."

"Gran, why are you saying finally? Can you please answer me and not leave me with this curiosity eating me, please? I want to know the reason as to why I'm in a hospital."

"Alright baby but you will have to take it in little by little and promise me you will not over react or go all crazy on me because I'm just an old lady who won't be able to stop you." I smiled, "I promise ma." She walked to the corner to grab a chair, slowly pushing it besides my bed. She looked so delicate, taking her time. Doing everything little by little.

"Here it comes. A month ago, you were very excited to go to a festival. You were getting all dolled up. That took you about an hour because you weren't just excited for the festival but also as to this was the fifth year of your anniversary with Harry. Darling, oh darling you looked so precious that day with a beautiful summer dress on and you had the biggest, most brightest smile I had ever seen. Anywho, Harry came to pick you up. You were out of the door in a swift. Well that's the last time I saw you. But then it was eleven and you and precious Harry were on your way back from the festival. He said you were so cheerful. Of course, then the incident happened." She paused to stare at my confused faced. I didn't have to say a word until she continued on her own.

"When Harry was driving you home, you took your seatbelt off. He said you looked like the happiest girl on earth. You started kissing his face until he decided to kiss you back and oh lord does he regret it. When he turned back, there was a another car coming your way and he tried turning but when he turned you guys crashed. That is how you ended up here."

"Gran, can I ask you one more question?"

"Sure baby, what is it?"

"Why don't I remember the guy Harry?"
