Link's Perspective

As I gazed out the window I looked at the birds happily flying across the blue sky while fluffy clouds sailed through the sky. Sometimes I even forgot I was in math class. "Link, Link.....LINK!" I was disturbed when my maths teacher asked me a question. "Well what's the answer?" I looked at him confused and embarrassed. I looked around and all eyes were on me waiting for the answer. "Well?" He impatiently asked. But just at the nick if time we were interuppted when the head teacher came to our classroom with someone new following him.

He had brown hair swept to the side while wearing black glasses. He had a black hoodie on paired with blue jeans. In my opinion he looked like the type of person to not pay attention in class. "Everyone meet our new student who will be with us for a while, Eli Childers. Then he shyly muttered out "H-hi nice to meet you". Everyone in the class started whispering and passing notes. "Omg he's so cute!" I heard a couple of girls whisper. "Cute what on earth are they thinking?" I thought to myself. "Well nice meeting you Eli go sit at the back behind Link. He pointed at my desk as I watched him slowly shuffle awkwardly across the classroom.

"Well then we'll carry on with the lesson. So Link what's the answer?" I gulped and I had no idea what to say. "Well you see...erm is it...12?" Suddenly everyone burst out laughing. "So your saying that 0 × 18 is 12?" Ugh I felt so embarrassed and I was the smartest pupil as well along with this question being so unbelievably easy... "Well do you know the answer Eli?" All eyes were on him now. "Well 0 right?" He said this in a really cocky voice which got on my nerves. "Correct". The rest of the period went smoothly other than most of the girls flooding him and swooning over him. Ugh he's just so annoying. Why can't he just leave already?
