Gray Fullbuster Short Story- I'll get you first

I heard a large groan from across the room in Fairy Tail. It was another warm summer day, but this one was one of the hottest days yet. The temperature had been rising as the days moved on.

I look over and see my messy black haired friend laying across the table in only his boxers and give him a disapproving look. As usual he was laying around half-naked. I would let it go for today though, because of the heat.

I walk over to Gray and smile.

"Gray, you're clothes."

"It's too hot to wear clothes today." He is an ice wizard so it makes sense that he doesn't like the heat.

"Then why don't you use your ice magic to cool yourself down?"

"That's like having natsu eat his own fire....."  I rolled my eyes, but then an idea popped into my head.

"I know the perfect thing!" I say putting my fist in my hand excitedly.

"And what's that?" This was my chance to get to know Gray better and spend some time with him. I can't remember the last time we hung out together.

"Why don't we go on a mission together? Just you and me?" Gray turns his head and looks at me for the first time, then looks away once again.

"It's too hot to do that. I just wanna lay here."

"Oh come on Gray, just you and me! And it'll help distract you from the heat."

"No." I sigh disappointedly. I couldn't remember the last time we went out on a mission together.  Lately I had been going on solo missions while he was going out with Natsu, Lucy, Happy, and Erza.

"Alright then. Well...I'm going to check one out. I'll see you later Gray." I say waving.

"See ya!" Gray said lazily. I walk away from him and go over to the mission board. When I first came to the guild I remember thinking that Gray was a loser.  I thought he was a pervert because every time I saw him he was half-naked. The first time we met he asked me to borrow my underwear. I think back to the memory and smile. And I still fell in love with him.

Gray watched me looking through the mission board and smiled. He loved my smile. Watching me smile made him feel warm inside.

"Staring at Shira again Gray?" His face turns beat red as he sits up and see's Mirajane giggling at him.

"I-I was not!" Gray said turning away. She giggles again.

"When are you going to tell her about your feelings?" Gray's blush slowly diminishes. Ever since she came into the guild Gray had a soft spot for her. But only recently had he realized that he had completely fallen for her. Everybody in the guild knew his feelings for her, even Natsu knew that he loved her. Was it really that noticeable?

"The longer you hold it off, the more chance other guys are going to get to make a move on her. You do know that many guys are quite fond of her Gray."

"...Yeah."

"Look's like Loki's not wasting any time." Gray turns and looks at Mirajane.

"What do you mean by that?"

"Well look for yourself." She said hinting over to where I was standing. Gray looked over and a look of annoyance and anger crossed his face. Loki stood next to me clearly closer then he should have been.

Loki flashed me his usual smile. "So....Shira....What do you think about going on a mission with me?" While I was looking over missions I guess that Loki noticed me and decided to come over to try and get me to go on a mission with him. I know that he's the biggest womanizer in the guild, and that he's flirting with me right now. But I have no idea how to respond to him. I haven't had such a persistent guy on me before. Besides, I was already in love with someone else, even though he doesn't know about my feelings.
