Itachi slapped the imposter's hand away
"What trickery is this? Obito died in the Third Great Ninja War. I know this because my parents commended him for giving Hatake Kakashi his Sharingan. Whatever you intend on doing, stop it."
Obito grimaced at the name "Itachi. Follow me."
"Why should I? " Itachi replied stubbornly
"Because if you don't you'll miss out on some useful information and you'll lose your precious little brother. "
Itachi turned to find Sasuke by his door. He didn't even feel his presence.
"N-nii-san? W-who is this? Is this one of your fri-" Sasuke fell to the floor only to be caught by the collar by Obito.
"Don't worry he's just knocked out. Lay him in his bed and meet me at the Hokage monument."
Obito disappeared into nothingness leaving Itachi alone with his younger brother. He sighed and did as he was told after all that's the one thing he could do best.

At the top of the First Hokage's head stood Obito and Itachi.
"Itachi...You know what the Mangekyo Sharingan is correct? " Obito asked silently. Itachi nodded
"It's an evolution of the regular Sharingan. It is said that to obtain it you must go through extreme emotional stress."
"Correct. But the real question is, would you like this power? "
Itachi didn't know what to expect. Did this man just threaten his family or friends? He needed to find out. Activating his Sharingan and pulling out a kunai he attacks the man only to find himself slipping right through him and was caught by the collar What?! Itachi thought. "Tsk, tsk, tsk. It's very rude to attack someone who's trying to help you, especially if he is family. Itachi I'm going to ask you once more, do you want the Mangekyō? "
"At what cost?"
"Love," Obito said reminiscing about Rin who was killed by his old teammate Kakashi. "Love is the cost. I lost my love and gained the Mangekyō Sharingan and I don't have to worry about anyone taking my love for hostage. This is the risk of this power. "
Immediately thought about his girlfriend, Hyabani. He didn't want to lose her. She and Sasuke are the only ones bringing him happiness and he doesn't want to lose either of them.
