It was a cold windy morning I didn't mind I walked towards the cafe where we were going to meet I remember it, she told me she would be here at 9:00, I looked left and there she was, I walked towards her, she just stood there in silence, she didn't even notice me, she walked into a alley and I followed her, she stopped turned around and looked at me she smiled.
I opened my eyes as the summer sun hit my cheek, it was all a dream I couldn't believe it, it felt so real.
I put my glasses on and got dressed, suddenly the phone rang when I picked it up it was my friend Anthony "Hey Charles, did I wake you up?" I answered "Close but no, why did you call me anyway?" He replied with that cheerful attitude he always had "Well I just wanted to ask, if you would like to go to the Comi-con with me this year I was originally going to invite my friend Dave but I remembered we haven't talked in a while and that you love video games and animes as much as me so... why not go there?" Dave he was Anthony's friend I met him once I didn't like him one bit he was what I call a douche he use to pick on me when we were in high school.
I had always loved anything that had to do with comics, video games and animes those three things help me get through everything so naturally I replied with a yes he told me we had to prepare for the comi-con and get some cosplay we both knew which cosplay to get, that would be Ceasar and Joseph from Jojo's Bizarre Adventure, our favorite anime of all I highly recommended to anyone I knew of course
anyone I knew meant 3 people my boss, Anthony and my landlord.
I never got along with anyone and I was the quiet kid in the classroom if I talked I used as little words as possible and my attitude was always cold against anyone but Anthony.
I told him I would talk to him later, because I had to get to work he told me "Please do call back this time I'm always the one that calls" I said "I don't promise anything but I will try to remember" I hung up the phone looked at the time and rushed to the door, I noticed I going to be late for work unless I ran so I grab my hoodie my keys and ran down the stairs and left...
