You showed up for work. You avoided Corey as to Cece's wishes. She was all over him as usual. You tried to hide your emotions.
"Hey you alright?" said a voice
"Yeah I'm alright Tanner. Just....homesick"
"Babe you're not homesick. I can tell"
"Is it that obvious?"
"Totally. Why don't you just tell Corey how you feel"
"It isn't that simple. He's Cece's 'boyfriend'. She's overprotective of him. Look what she did to me when she found out I was talking to him" you showed him your bruises
