You felt a swift punch to the middle of your face, hard boxing glove leather clashing with you. You fell to the ground by impact, sweat dripping down your forehead now mixing with the blood that trickled down from the middle of your eye right down to the middle of your cheek. In a dazed mess, you sat upright and wiped the blood off your cheek with your forearm.

"I'm so sorry, I didn't think it was actually going to hit you and I went a little too hard and-" the voice standing above you rambled as he held out a hand for you to gain balance and stand up before you cut him off.

"Don't worry about it, I dropped my guard." You replied, standing up freshly so you could meet the apologetic eyes of Kevin Tran, who was currently helping you with boxing training until you were knocked over.

"Did I hurt-" he began.

"No. it's fine. You throw yourself in a boxing ring you'll get knocked down sometime," you smiled as you shoved him playfully in the shoulder, black boxing glove covering your fist.

"Well, doesn't it feel good to be back in the game?" Kevin asked, removing his boxing gloves and placing them on a nearby shelf closest to him.

"Back in the game?" You questioned. "What game?" You continued, also hanging up your own boxing gloves.

"Oh, you know. Punching people, fighting things, the family business," he joked, putting a spin on Dean's regular saying while making fun of your past profession.

"I hope you two kids aren't up to any funny business," The unmistakable voice of Dean called jokingly as he walked down the stairs into the bunker's basement training rooms. "Woah, Y/N. You've seen better days." He exclaimed when he saw your face covered in sweat and blood.

You sighed. "And you look like a bucket of-" you began, before being cut off by Kevin who knew what you were going to say next.

"She's fine." He stated, taking you and Dean back by surprise. "Have you and Sam found anything to help read the tablet yet?" He asked, changing the subject.

"Yeah, Sam's got something on his nerd computer for you to see." Dean responded, motioning for you both to go upstairs. "Y/N, you gotta come with me. I found some leads on the case we were working before." He added.

"Sure," you said as you followed Kevin upstairs, Dean behind you.

When you got upstairs, you were about to sit down next to Sam and Kevin before Dean motioned for you to follow him to the car.

Without meeting Sam's eyes, you gave Dean an acknowledging look and walked over to Kevin. "Bye," You shortly farewelled, only to be engulfed in a hug by Kevin.

"Be safe," he warned, finally letting go.

"Oh I will," You laughed as if to show your confidence. You then followed Dean out to his car, walking through the hallways of the bunker that led to the garage. Once the door of the garage had shut completely, Dean took the opportunity to talk to you secretively.

"So do you and Kevin have something going on, or what?" He chuckled, sliding into the driver's seat. You followed him, taking a seat in the passenger's leather seats.

"Not really." You replied, feeling a blush spread across your face.

"You do realise he's got a little... crush on you?" Dean teased as he turned the Impala's engine on.

"Uh, no...," you denied, feeling your cheeks grow warmer by the second. "Wait, he does?" You questioned, LAUGHING uncomfortably.

"Yep."
