Just decided to re-read this book - used to love it as a child!!

"I can't go back to yesterday, because I was a different person then."

"'But I don't want to go among mad people', Alice remarked.

'Oh, you can't help that,' said the Cat: 'we're all mad here. I'm mad. You're mad.'

'How do you know I am mad?' Said Alice.

'You must be,' said the Cat, 'or you wouldn't have come here.'"

"Why, sometimes I've believed as many as six impossible things before breakfast."

" 'Would you tell me, please, which way I ought to go from here?'

'That depends a good deal on where you want to get to.'

'I don't much care where -'

'Then it doesn't matter which way to go.' "

“Mad Hatter: 'Why is a raven like a writing-desk?'

'Have you guessed the riddle yet?' the Hatter said, turning to Alice again.

'No, I give it up,” Alice replied: 'What’s the answer?'

'I haven’t the slightest idea,' said the Hatter.”
