(About 30 minutes later a feminine-looking male walks in with two other females and Daniel notices him)
Daniel: (inside his head) Wow, he’s kind of cute. A little young for my liking. I wonder what he’s doing here. I’m shocked I wished I had to the courage to be like him. Wow and he’s with only females. Do gays have male friends? I mean ones that are not gay? Am I going to have all female friends? Fuck, I just forgot the whole reason I came here.
Jayden: Tess, what are we doing here? None of us like sports darling.
Tess: (practically falling on Jayden) I’m not going to lie to you I love gay people but sometimes Mama needs a little lovin’ too, and I could use a drink.
Jayden: No, sweetie you don’t. And we had drinks at my place.
Tess: No, love. You can never…have too many drinks.
Shangela: Just look at you, you can barely stand up.
Tess: I got a Charlie horse…that’s all…Last one to the bar is a bitter cocktail!
(Tess slumpishly stumbles to an open bar stool and asks for drinks)
Shangela: (sighs, laughs) Just what are we gonna do with that girl?
Jayden: To be honest, Shangela…I really don’t know. She’s our little Amy Winehouse. The more we suggest rehab the more she says No, no, no.
(They laugh at Jayden’s silly Amy Winehouse pun; soon Jayden starts to feel out of element)
Jayden: Ugh,where am I?
Shangela: (chuckles) Girl, we at a sports bar.
Jayden: Shangie, I feel so out of my element. It’s a bunch of nasty, greasy straight guys. And it’s nothing sexy about it.
Shangela: It’s not supposed to be sexy. All these guys come here to do is see a game, leave and talk about the game, talk about the game in the morning and repeat.
(Jayden laughs hysterically)
Shangela: I aint lyin’.
(Jayden and Shangela look for available seats next to Tess and help to manage her drinking. Meanwhile Mike is upset to see a gay person so he rambles on with rude comments)
