First Chapter

Mihiri's POV

"Mihiri, do me a favor, Can you buy me an Eden cheese in the near convenience store!" mom shouted from the kitchen.

"okay Mom!" I shouted back

then I went to my drawer to change my shorts into pants. I'm the type of person that is sensitive in clothes when ever I'm outside.

Then I went out of the room and went to the kitchen.
"money" I said

Mom putted Timmy on a chair and gave me money.
Timmy is my 9 year old brother.
I'm 17 .

I went out of the house and went to the garage and took my bike.
When I was about to ride it. I saw my grandpa. 

"Omg! Grandpa!!!!!" I shouted in excitement.

I ran towards him and hugged him.

"I missed you so much Grandpa! it's been 6 years!! " I said and I burried my face on his fat belly.

"ohoh, You're sweet as ever Mihiri" He said and laughed softly

I pulled him and welcomed him in the house.

Mom's expression wasn't that happy.
it was because he told me stories about the beast that existed in their town.

6 years ago.....
I was 11 years  old.
From my 11 years of existence. I often visit at my grandparent's house which is located on a far province in an old town during summer Time.

I've always enjoyed the presence of peace and harmony in that town. How I loved old fashion and how I loved the fresh air. You can always here the cow's moo's and when the old ladies gets milk from the cows.

You can see humongous butterflies in a garden filled of sunflowers.

We always sit on a wooden chair how I loved the smoothness of that.

I was roaming around the town and I ended up on a dead end of the muddy path.

It leads to a forest.
Huge strees and you can feel the cold breeze .
I can hear monkeys and pigs inside the forest.

"Mihiri!!!" I heard my grandpa calling my name when I turned back I saw him running towards me. He was catching his breath and reached me. 

"You shouldn't have gone this far" he said

"I'm sorry grandpa 😦, I was just roaming around and I didn't mean to reach here"  I said.

Then I saw two boys at my age came out from the woods.

My grandpa was indeed worried.

"Kevin, Joshua! You know it's forbidden to go in there"  Grandpa Scolded.

The one with brown eyes.
"we wanna see the caprecaba!" he spoke and scratched his neck

"We wanna catch it and earn money!" the one with blue eyes said.

"Go home now, Your parents would be angry if they find out if you've been lurking around the woods"

"we were just one lot inside the woods" The one with brown eyes said

"please Mister, don't tell this to our parents , if not we won't be allowed to joing the training of the professional hunters" The one with blues eyes cried.

"we wanna be like you" They both cried.

"Okay , But don't do this ever again. this is for your own safety" My grandpa said.
