"Xandra!!! Get up and get ready for school!"

"Xandra! Get up."
"Okay i'm up mom, i'm up." I groaned while throwing the covers off of my body. "
It's the first day of my senior year, and I am so excited.......to get it over with. I attend Colerain High School in Cincinnati oh. It's pretty cool.....I guess, some of the people are cool, not all but some I just want this year to be over. So I can go off to college. But let me finish getting ready before I be late.
"She been my queen, since we were sixteen, we want the same thing, we dream the same thing, alright" I sing as I pack my bag.
"I got it all, cause she is the one, her mom calls me love, her dad calls me son, alright" I hear a male voice sing from behind me.
I turned around and it's my so called brother Yakez........
"Why are you here?" I ask with so much attitude
"Hey to you too." He chuckled
"Again, Why are you here?"
"Can't a guy come see his sister and give her ride to school?"
"No! Not after you been ignoring my calls and texts for a week........A whole week!"
"I'm sorry, but i've been busy."
"Busy?.......With what?" I ask now getting annoyed.
"With Tiff....Me and her been busy a lot" He raise his eyebrow "If you know what I mean." I roll my eyes
Tiffany is Yakez "girlfriend" they have been going out for 3 months now. I don't like her and she don't like me. She hates the bond that me and Kez have. See Kez and I have known each other since I was 5 and he was 7. We met through our mothers, when his mom would come over, he would come and we would play outside or in my room and vice versa. Every since then we have been super close. That's my best friend.......my big brother. Me and him always together. Before he graduated, in school everyone thought me and him was a couple; but we never looked at each other that way. We always just been close friends, and she don't like that.
"Well that's great for you" I say with sarcasm, rolling my eyes once again, walking out my bed room door. With him trailing right behind me. "But you still could have called."
"I know. I'm sorry....Do you forgive me?" He says with the puppy dog face. I roll my eyes.
"Yeah I forgive yo big headed ass." I joked " But don't ever in your life ignore my calls and texts again"
"Alright, Alright I won't." He laughs with his hands up.
I walk into the kitchen, to see my mom sitting in there eating a bowl of cereal.
" I leaving out mom, Kez is going to give me a ride to school. I 'll see you later, love you."
"Bye mamma Carol.'
" Bye babies. I love ya'll be safe. Have a good day at school Xandra."
"Ok" I yell walking out the door.
We walk outside and I 'm walking up to his car. I see a figure in the front seat, as I get closer I see that it is the one and only Tiffany.
"You know what, I'll drive myself to school"
" Why? What's wrong?"
"Nothing.....I'll drive myself to school"
"Is it because Tiff in the car." I roll my eyes.
"You know I don't like her and I am not getting in the backseat."
" You don't even have a reason not to like her." He says sounding annoyed "And I can't make her get in the back. So get in the car."
"Bye" I say with a attitude walking to my car
"Whatever" He say getting in his car, slamming the door and pulling off.
I get in my car and start it up, and head off to school
