I've seen a lot of crimes but these were the worst. Victims left in public areas; schools, work areas, playgrounds, places for people just to find kids, little kids, innocent people left to find Death. I was one. I'm Johan Walt I'm a cop for woodland P.D, I was walking with my baby girl Jessie, just an ordinary stroll around the park. I'd heard of the rape victims in a nearby city but I hadn't known it would happen here, my own town! Little did I know, the thing that would change mine and my baby's life forever, the Blood! her stomach was cut right open, from the breasts right down to the vaginal area. her face was painted with horror, I could see it in her eyes,  as if I could see the last thing she saw. her throat was cut, her body was whipped lashes scarred her body, bruises from the chains that bound her body. her skin was pale white who knows how long she'd been in that same area, hours, days maybe. I checked to see that Jessie's eyes were closed, they were not, she stared at the body just as I was scared, tears in her eyes, she had a look of pure fear. I covered her eyes quickly. She held me close. I wrapped my arms around her small body, promising safety.

Its been a week since the incident at the park, its a distant memory. I've been reading the news papers and watching the news reports, nothing so far on the man. he had caused so much trouble and disappeared so easily without a trace or a clue.

Solomon, Solomon White that's his name. Caucasian male age 30, 6 foot 8.

We don't know much but we do know he is a danger to a lot of innocent people.
