The long way home was torturous. It did give you a lot of time to think though. You really wanted to call Ethan to meet him again but it also got you thinking about what an actual relationship with him would be like. Ethan was famous so there would be millions of fans that suddenly knew you and talked about you and also a lot of fans that hated you out of jealousy. You also didn't exactly live in their neighborhood so it would be a long distance relationship too. You would also become more known at you own school where you had been more of a wallflower until now and the thought of everyone judging you made you nervous. However thinking about last night you would defiantly call it the best night of your life. Laying in Ethan's arms was like heaven and you couldn't even think about letting that go. You already started fantasising about marrying Ethan and having a family. You wanted him so badly.
You finally arrived home and quickly ran upstairs to put your phone on the charger. You almost forgot to say hello to your family but they insisted you'd tell them about the show and they wanted to know how the hotel had worked out since they had been pretty nervous to let you go all by yourself like that. You told them about the show but you simultaneously thought about what you'd tell them about the hotel. You obviously couldn't tell them that you slept in a bed with a 'stranger' because they would probably ground you forever and personally track down Ethan and rip his head off. You decided to partially stick to the truth and told them they gave you the room but you didn't tell the rest. They were, of course, completely outraged that you hadn't called them so you told them that your battery had been dead and tried to end the conversation. Your parents kept lecturing for a few more minutes but gave up in the end. You rushed upstairs to check your battery. It was at 11% so you turned your phone on. It took a while before you could actually use it, you really needed a new phone, but you finally added Ethan to your contacts. It seemed unreal. You and your friend had often changed your contact names to the twins' for fun but having their actual number was really weird. You wanted to call the number but your mom called out that dinner was ready. You sighted and went downstairs. Your mom had made some simple Mac and cheese. You usually enjoyed the unhealthy snack but right now it felt like a burden to eat a whole plate. You finally finished and wanted to go upstairs again but your dad made you do the dishes. They just never gave you a free minute at all. After you did that too you went upstairs, quickly to avoid any more delays, and grabbed your phone. The battery was now at 43% so you took it off the charger since that'd be more comfortable while calling. You clicked on Ethan's contact and pressed the phone icon. The line started beeping a few times and you almost gave up when suddenly his voice answered. "Ethan dolan, who's there?" "It's me!" You shouted out realizing he'd probably not recognize your voice through the phone so you quickly added your name. "Hey how are you? I almost thought you wouldn't call" "Of course I called you." "I'd really like to talk now but Grayson and I are going to get some stuff for the new video and then we'll start filming so I'll call you when I have time okay? Probably like tomorrow." "Oh" you were a bit disappointed "sure just call me whenever you're ready alright?" "Okay uhmm..", there was a short pause "I really really like you a lot " he hung up. Your heartbeat fastened. You actually just had a phonecall with Ethan Dolan. It wasn't a long one but he'd call you back.
The next day you had to go to school again. You texted your friend you had something important to tell her, but you wanted to see her face when you told her about it so she'd have to wait until lunch break. When it was finally just the two of you you told her everything. The show, the hotel, the evening, the night of course, also the awkward breakfast and the short phonecall. The whole time her face had been straight but now that you finished your story she started to laugh. "You didn't expect me to actually fall for that did you? I mean you got me until the part with Ethan in your room but that's just hilarious." It felt like a punch In your face. She didn't actually believe you. "I'm serious. I have his phone number. I can call right now if you want?" She looked you in the eye "Then do it." You got out your phone, searched Ethan's number and called it. At first there was beeping again but then a voice appeared "The number you are trying to reach is currently not available..." your friend started laughing again "They're filming a video right now. He is going to call me today!" You shouted but she wasn't taking you seriously anymore. You packed away your phone and walked away without looking back at her. You were not gonna show you she hurt you. She'd be sorry when she realized the truth.
