Is it necessary to have a "perfect" body?

Body shaming is an act of discriminating against other body types. Body shaming comes under bullying. People don't often understand what a person is going through. The number of body shamers has increased vividly. Making fun of a person's body type is not funny in anyway at all. By doing this we are only making their life miserable. Instead of contributing in making this world a better place to live, we are only making fat and too skinny people feel that they are not worthy of living. The boy you just called fat might have been already abused at home. The girl you just called skinny might have not eaten for days. Being too skinny or fat does not make that person any different from us. That person has right to be respected in every way possible. Why do we always consider ourselves as the perfect ones? Why do we think that making fun of other people in school makes us popular? Why don't we just let people be comfortable in their own skin? No matter how strong the person is, when more and more people tell you the same thing again and again you start believing it. It just starts getting into your head. After being teased and bullied so many times the insecurity level of a person highly increases. Is it necessary to have a perfect body shape? Nobody is perfect in this world, just because we think we are beautiful doesn't mean that other person isn't. When we judge a person by their appearance it doesn't define them but it does define us. Designer named Rae Smith once said "there is nothing wrong with your body but there is a lot wrong with the messages which try to convince you otherwise."Is being fat or skinny really the worst thing a human can be? A person should never shame other bodies to validate their own. One should not encourage people to take care of their body by telling them to hate it. Why is it so hard to accept people the way they are? Why is it not possible to talk to a person without criticising their body type? Just because that person does not fit into stereotypical standards raised by the society doesn't mean that you make their life a living hell.
I personally hate judgemental people. I don't care if you have a lot of money or don't, I don't care if you have a bad past, I don't care if you are tall, short, fat or skinny. I am no one to judge and neither are you. So let's just pledge to love each other no matter what shape we are in.
