a boy from a simply family that moved from brazil. at a young age of nine, tobias knew he wanted to sing. it wasn't something a boy would go after at his age but he still insisted that was what he wanted. his parents exempted that and moved to new york, in hopes to help their son.
tobias is a very sweet and helpful guy, who enjoys to be there for people. he's a lot like his friend Connor but just not so much into old style things. he's goofy and is sarcastic sometimes but can be serious if he has to.
