I trudged down the hallways to my first class and saw my friends putting a fake smile on and hugging them both. "Hey Cassie." My best friend Sarah and then Samuel,"Hey little lady." I just nodded as my response. "What's wrong Saunders?" Samuel nudged me. "Nothing just had no sleep." Sarah rolled her eyes at me and pulled me in for a hug, "Why do you think we will never notice your sadness." I sat down in my seat and the class began,"Hi students, my name is Ms.K. In this course you will learn the basics of literature and writing techniques. So please pay attention."

...

We finished first through fourth block and finally lunch. When we got to lunch Samuel and Sarah were grinning at each other like little kids who just got candy. "What did you do?" I blurted out. Samuel couldn't hold it in, "We signed you up for Drama Club!" I looked at them with wide eyes then slowly got up in Sam's face "What the hell were you thinking?" Sarah got up,"We were thinking you need other friends than us." I sat back down and slumped in my seat.

After School at Drama Club

I walked in very slowly to Drama Club and was greeted by this really perky dude,"Hi I'm Matt!" "Hi I'm Cassie." Matt was kinda tall so I had to look up to see him,"Well Cassie we are practicing the script of Romeo and Juliet.  But why don't you go meet everyone and get to know them." I nodded and walked to the closest corner and sat there. I could feel someone's breath above me I looked up to see a tall sea blue eyed boy smiling,"Hi I'm Nash." "Hi I'm Cassie." I was just mezmorized by his eyes," So what brings you to Drama Club?" I rolled my eyes at the thought,"My friends forced me." He nodded,"Well I'm gonna go back over there. Maybe later you'll join?" I nodded,"Maybe." The blue eyed boy walked away. Just like ten minutes later someone sat next to me,"Hi I'm Jack Johnson." "Hi." He looked at me confused,"So what's your name?" I smiled and giggled a little,"It's Cassie and I'm getting tired of saying my name." He chuckled,"Well then come up with a nick name." "Like what?" "How 'bout Chip?" I shook my head,"Cutesy" my eyes widened and I shook my head,"Champ." I liked the sound of it so I nodded,"Yeah I like that one!" He smiled,"Bye Champ." Another guy came up behind me at sat down,"Hi I'm Jack Gilinsky." "Hi I'm Champ." He smiled at the name,"That's my dogs name. For real what is your name?" "Cassie Saunders. But I go by Champ." The chocolate eyed boy studied me for a second and spoke again,"How come I've never seen you around here before?" "I keep my distance from the world." "Why? You seem cool." "Because people pry into my life and then take those secrets and tell the whole damn world about those problems." He looked at me with sorrow in his eyes,"I'm sorry that people have done that to you." "Don't be sorry for things you haven't done." He smiled and walked away. Just when I thought I met everyone another person shows up and before he could speak I said,"Hi I'm Cassie but people call me Champ mainly Johnson." He backed up,"Woah there, hi I'm Cameron it's nice to meet you." I looked up and smiled at him 'he's so hot'  I thought to myself. "So who's Romeo and who's Juliet?" "Well your Juliet because there are no other girls in this group and you get to decide who's Romeo. So watch the auditions."

They started Matt went first,"Two households, both alike in dignity, In fair Verona, where we lay our scene, From ancient grudge break to new mutiny, Where civil blood makes civil hands unclean." He had hand gestures and went to grab my hand. I giggled and said,"Next!" Nash then came up and repeated the line with a British accent and smiled at the end to make me like him more but instead I just said,"Next please." Gilinsky came up next and said the same thing dryly like he didn't want to be here so I just cut him off,"Next!" Johnson came up and said,"I don't want to be Romeo so can I just sit down." I nodded then Cameron walked up he grabbed my hands and looked me in the eye,"Two households, both alike in dignity, In fair Verona, where we lay our scene, From ancient grudge break to new mutiny, Where civil blood makes civil hands unclean." in that moment it felt like just him and I like no one was there just us together. 'Drama Club might not be that bad.'
