i'm afraid that only some of us know what it's like to love selflessly. to want to give someone absolutely everything that we can, without anything in return. this is a gift often mistaken as a burden. but they do not realize that giving us a much greater reward than receiving.
you must wait until the giving is receiving. they must be worthy. they must appreciate the beauty of it just as you do
soon enough, they will begin to love you just as selflessly, i promise. if they do not, then they are not right for you.
don't be greedy. to love selflessly, is to be loved wholly.
