The Yule Ball

Hermione's P.O.V

It was my 4th yr at Hogwarts & I was just getting ready for the Yule Ball. I opened my trunk & pulled out my dress for the evening which was a beautiful pink dress that had ruffles from my waist down. I had put some body glitter on but not to much, I had on some light pink eyeshadow that shone a bit in the light & some pink lipgloss.
After getting ready I headed down the hall & met with Victor. He was wearing a suit & looked incredibly nice.

We had been sitting down for awhile now, worn out from dancing so much. There were only a couple of people sitting down everyone else was still dancing but no where as near as hyper anymore. Victor had left awhile ago to try & figure out the next task with Cedric, so it was just me sitting on a staircase with stained cheeks. 'Stupid Ronald!' I thought getting angry but upset with him. Earlier that night he had come & made a big scene because I refused to go with him to the ball, Harry had come & took him away to calm him down. So now I was just sitting by myself watching others dance joyfully. I looked from couple to couple so far I had seen George & Hagrid ( they were the only people I knew ) but as I turned my head I saw another Red headed figure looking very nice that had caught my attention 'I wonder who that is' I wondered to myself.
As they turned around I almost gasped. It was Fred as in the twin Fred! ( I was the only one that could tell them apart ).
Suddenly I thought of Ron & how he went off & started silenty crying again. I put my hands in my head so no one else could see I was crying.
It had seemed like forever I was crying but it was really just 10 minutes when I felt someones prensence in front of me.
"Go away" I warned before the person could even speak.
"But he-" I interupted whoever was speaking to me.
"Please just go away, I don't wanna converse with anyone right now!" I replied a bit to harshley. I got up & walked quickly to the common room. I saw no one was in there so I curled up in a ball in the corner & cried in peace.
