PROLOGUE
I remember that day perfectly. I remember the day my dad left us. I think it was the worst day for me and my sisters, and my mother. Things started getting weird when my last sister was born, rylie. A month later my parents started fighting I was only 6 so I did not understand my mother tried to keep it away from me but there was no way. With my dad's control over me. I and my dad were close. Just one day I woke up I saw a letter on my night stand. I did not want to open it, I ran straight out of my room my mother was crying in the kitchen. She sent be back to my room like nothing happened. I knew she was sad but I didn't know why? But now I remember that day.......when my dad left us that's why she was crying. I still have the letter he left me and not raven my other sister. He left it for me and only me. The letter said-
Dear rose,
I'm sorry you have to feel what you're feeling right now, anger ,sadness and confused I will come back as soon as I can, me and mommy need break from each other. If I don't come back for your mother then I will come back for you. I will see you then.

When I told my mother to read it to me instead she kept it and hid it in her secret box that she kept from my father. I found the key the next day and took it out and kept it in my own secret box. Since then it's been there and my key on my neck everyday. When I learned how to read I cried for a day. My mother could not get me out of my room. He was right about me I was confused, sad, angry. I just don't understand why did he not come back for me?
CHAPTER 1 POLICE TROUBLE........
I looked out the window for a while now just thinking.......what would my life be like if my dad was still in my life? What would my life be like if my mother was out of my life? I thought of all these questions but it seemed to be no answers to none of them. Rose come and do the dishes I'm going to bed!!!!!!! My mother yelled from the kitchen. Ugh! I thought. I hate doing the dishes even worst with raven! Raven is my little sister I'm the oldest of both of my sisters. Raven is 13 little snob who wants to be a model. But my mother is some religion, so we can't do anything like modeling, cheerleading, volleyball kinds of activities she says its waste of our lord's time and so is ours. But I want to be to a music writer that I can do she doesn't care as long as she doesn't have to listen so I go to practice every Thursday to learn more lyrics together. My other sister is rylie she is 10 and annoying! Well actually both of them are! I can read minds every mind in the room if I want to I just have to close my eyes and hear what their saying simple. But I'm the only one that can hear minds my sisters and mother don't know anything about it my mother would go crazy and say I'm crazy and send me off to a child problem school . I tried to tell her when I was 9 but she didn't believe me so she sent be to my aunts for 5 months! That's how nuts my mother is. Everything changed when my dad left. He understood my music even if I did not know how to spell he would help me. I come down stairs and see raven waiting for me by the sink.
What took you so long me and Janie have to go to the mall? She said with an irriataid look.
I had better things to do. Well tell that to mom said raven having an attitude. I closed my eyes.
I hate her she needs to get a real life more like friends! I can't wait to go see josh raven thought. So um rave, it's only going to be you and Janie?

Ok well do you mind if I come, I want an outfit from DEB to die for! I said trying to sound excited.
NO! she said with her hands up. Why? I said. Because its only me and Janie, Janie and me not you. How are you going to get a ride raven mom just went to sleep? O I am so enjoying this I thought .I close my eyes. Let me see what she is thinking now. O no! what am I going to do? She can't come she will ruin everything and tell mom about josh! Ok calm down raven just say you have come down with something then sneak out. Exactly! I'm a genius. So can I come?
