Arm Wrestle and Cards

I woke up to the sun beaming down on my face through the window. Two-bit walked in my room and sat on my bed while I was sitting up.

He said, "Get up, Kels, I'm taking you to see the gang today."

I yawned and said, "Didn't I see them yesterday."

He said, "Yeah but I usually am over there everyday."

I rolled my eyes and said, "Shocker." I rolled out of bed and got a shower.

After my shower, I. did my makeup. I did my eyeshadow, some mascara, a little bit of lipgloss, and even curled my hair.

After I got out, I went and got dressed in my black shirt that cuts off the stomach, ripped jeans I picked up from New York, fingerless leather gloves also from New York, and my tall black shoes. (Picture above captures this look)

I walked out of my room and said, "Ready." I rode on the passenger side all the way there. He never slowed down of course.

I got out of the car when we arrived to the Curtis house. I went inside to find the whole gang there even Dallas ugh.

Two-bit went right to the couch to waste his life away. I closed the door to turn around to Dallas.

"So whose this broad?" Dallas said.

I raised an eyebrow and said, "I'm the 'broad' you hit with the door yesterday."

He glanced down at the ground and said, "Oh yeah."

I rolled my eyes and pushed past him into the kitchen where Ponyboy, Johnny, Soda, and Steve were.

I said, "Hey what you guys doing?" Pony said, "Watching Soda and Steve arm wrestle."

Steve said as I entered the kitchen, "Oh hey Ke..." he looked up.

I said, "What?"

He said, "Woah girl you look hot like what happened yesterday did you sit behind an annoying kid or somethin on the plane?"

While he was clearly distracted by me, Soda took the chance to win and win he did.

"Haha give me the money Steve," Soda said. Steve slowly pulled out ten dollars and handed it to him.

I sat down in Steve's chair and said, "Me next."

Soda said, "Woah even though you do look pretty today I have a girlfriend."

I said, "Did I ask if you had a girlfriend? No! I said it's my turn now grab my hand."

He put his elbow on the table and grabbed my left hand with his right.

Steve said, "1....2....3...Go!" Soda was trying to pull my arm down and I looked up and asked, "Woah did we start guess I wasn't paying attention."

I slammed Sodas hand the other way and said, "Loser." Soda grabbed his right hand and said, "Dang girl how in the world did you do that?"

I smiled and said, "You should've seen the guy I did back at that bar. Twice your size, gold tooth, and a millionaire."

I didn't know but Dallas had been watching us the whole time. He smirked at me when I recognized him watching.

"You guys play poker?"

Steve said, "Yeah we all do." I grabbed the cards Steve was giving me and shuffled them perfectly with all the guys staring in amazement. I guess you could say I was a little show off.

I passed the cards around and everyone betted 10 dollars, so that's 60 bucks.

At the end of the game, I ended up winning of course with 3 aces. I grabbed the 60 bucks without any hesitation.

I hear Dallas say, "Hold up." He grabbed the cards out of my sleeve and said, "You dirty cheater."

I said "Yep and here you go Pony.......and here you go Johnny." I each have them 20 dollars.

Steve said, "Why are you giving them money?"

I answered that question picking up the rest of my hidden cards, "Because Ponyboy saw the ones in my sleeves and shoes but didn't say anything and Johnny saw the ones in my back pocket but they both kept their mouths shut."

Dallas smirked at me and said, "Good game babe."

I glared at him and said, "Call me that again and I'll put you in a hospital."

I got up from the table and got a piece of cake. Dallas said, "Anyways Kels is it?"

I looked over at him and said, "What?"

He said, "Want to hang with me, Pony, and Johnny tonight were gonna go to the movies."

I looked over at their hopeful faces and said, "Fine but only because Pony and Johnny's going to be there."

He said, "Alright babe." He swung his arm over me and I elbowed him hard in the stomach. He held onto his stomach in pain. I could already tell that this was going to be great night hint the sarcastic.

Sorry I haven't updated in awhile on this story I've just been so busy but I promise there will be more chapters later!
