Sam walked through the aisles of a convenience store, picking up the last few items on the list before heading to the cash. He put the basket on the counter and looked up at the TV in the corner of the room.
"...this is the third in a string of tragic hit-and-runs in the last month. The victim was sixteen year old Michael Taylor, a student at Rock Hills High School. His body was found at the side of a road in downtown Mankato..."
The cashier finished scanning the groceries, and Sam paid. He took the bag of food and walked back to the Impala.

Sam walked to the kitchen and set down the grocery bag, then went to look for Dean. After a few minutes of searching, he found him in the library, on his laptop. He looked up at Sam when he walked in.
"Hey, Sammy" he said, turning back to his laptop.
"I found a case." Sam said, walking over to Dean. "Gimme your laptop for a minute."
"Okay, one sec." Dean said, closing his tabs quickly, while leaning sideways slightly to block Sam's view of the screen.
"What are you doing on there that's so secret you don't want me to see?" Sam questioned suspiciously.
"Nothing." Dean said quickly.
"Well it's obviously something." Sam replied, grabbing the laptop from Dean. He looked at the screen, but the tabs were already closed.
"Dean, you only act like that when you're doing something embarrassing, or crazy. I'm going to leave it alone for now, but if it's something crazy, I'm going to find out eventually." Sam finished.
"Fine, I was watching anime," he confessed. "Happy?"
Sam laughed, but he looked relieved.
"Now, you said you found a job?" Dean prompted.
"Yeah." Sam said, opening up a new tab, and typing something into the search engine. He pulled up a news article, and turned the computer to face Dean. Dean skimmed the article quickly, then looked up.
"Three people die in the exact same way, no traces of what killed them? Sounds like our kind of thing, let's go."
"Right now?" Sam asked.
"Yeah, right now. Come on" Dean replied
Sam followed as Dean walked quickly up the stairs to the Impala.
