Hopeless​ Love

1st Day Of School

Gabriel's POV

I wake up to my grandmother, who is 56, and Eddie, my older brother who is 24 years old, yelling at me to wake up for the first day of my freshman year. "WAKE UP"!!!! they scream and unison and I instantly shoot up off my pillow looking at them and then my clock which read 6:00am, and then I replied" five more minutes" in a calm but lazy tone.

"No, get up now!" Eddie said "Or I,m not stopping by Starbucks on the way there"! With that threat I instantly jumped off my bed and ran to the bathroom for a shower, then brushed my teeth,and then picked out my clothes to wear.
I picked a plain white button up shirt and black pants to wear with some white shoes; I also put on my golden chain necklace ,that used to belong to my granddad, and my gold and black watch that my grandmother brought for my birthday, which is August the  4th , and grabbed my phone,headphones ,charger, and finally my backpack and hurried down the stairs as my older brother sat down on his phone waiting. I gave my grandmother a hug and then me and my brother hurried as she was wishing us both good luck.

We finally arrived at my new school and then me and my brother part ways with him being a "Teachers Assistant".

I walked down the hallway and met up with my friend Elijah, who is the same age as me and is also gay. As I he came into view I yelled  " hey bitch" and he turned around and responded "hey pussy hoe" and we both laugh and then he introduced me to his friends Tyqhasha, Parris, Shanteria, Jazmine, and a few others. But one drew my attention a light skinned boy with light brown hair and blue eye's and Elijah introduced him to me as Jkre Swoll. "Hey,how's it going ", Jkyre said in a deep but excited tone. " Good, how bout you" ,I said in a shy tone ,and he a smile grew on his face followed by a wink that made my heart skip a beat. The bell soon rung second
