chapter 2

Austins POV:

I awoke to the sun shining in my face. I felt next to me to find feather gone. Where'd she go? Maybe she went to the restroom or to find something to eat. Trying to convince myself. I sit up out of the corner of my eye I see something white...a piece of paper. Written across it is writing...Feathers handwriting. Printed on it is a letter. I'm guessing from feather.

Dear Austin,
I am so sorry. I don't want to be an intruder and make your life horrible. I have always loved you but now I have to leave. Please don't worry about me. I'm getting out of here. You will see me again in the future.

She's gone? She left like that and told me she loves me over a note? Wait she loves me ?!?! I have to find her.

Feathers POV:
I feel horrible for leaving Austin like I did. But it's for the best. I don't want him getting hurt because of me and the fact that every time I get close  to someone, they die. So I have to keep myself from getting to close to anyone. I guess I should go talk to Thea before I leave the state forever...maybe. I pull up to Thea's apartment complex. Anticipating her reaction to me leaving. I get out of my car  that was at Austin's from a few nights ago when I was to messed up to drive so he drove me home. I walk up to her door and before I could knock, Thea threw  the door open and yanks me inside the house. When I was fully in the house she slammed the door shut. I turned around and then as quickly as she pulled me in she was attached to my waist. "What's this all about Thea?"I questioned her. She had a huge smile at n her face. As she answered with a "I don't know." And I could tell all over her face that she was lying. "Tell me!!!" I asked again. She finely sighed " OK fine...I'm ummmm... Dating josh now!!!" She screamed I looked at her with an excited look. "I'm so happy for you!!"
I yelled back as we did our happy dance. Then that one thought came to mind and I abruptly stopped and had a saddened face. I have to take her away from her happy state now before he finds out I'm here. "Well Thea we have to talk." I stated as she stopped jumping and now had a worried look on her face. I pulled her over to her big plushy couch remembering all the fun times we had on it. A tear slipped down my face ,but I quickly wiped it away. Thea looked at me with a  worried expression. "Well.." I started then stopped taking in a deep breath. " I have to leave the state." I mumbled. I almost thought she didn't here me when she said "what??" I started to say it again but she cut me off. "Not what like I didn't here you but what like...why?!?!?" She stated Very loudly I should add. Well I guess every one will be mad at me.
