Lauren's Pov:

After I had left the house, I went to search for Liam. Yes, Liam Payne, My best friend's boyfriends' best friend.

The reason why I hadn't told anyone is because, well... I don't know. I didn't want drama, and I didn't want people getting into our business. I also didn't want to go public because of the amount of hate that I would receive.

Camila is always getting hate and I can't help but feel bad for her. Why am I being so selfish? Maybe Liam wanted to go pubic but of course, I was too selfish to realize.

I jogged to the boys' hotel and I went to Liam's and Niall's room, in which they shared.

Niall answered the door and waved.

"Oh, hey Lauren." Niall greeted.

"Hey Ni, Can I come in?" I asked, playing with the creases on my palms.

"Uh, yeah." Hd said, stepping aside and letting me in.

"So, Lauren. What do ya want?" He asked, slightly smiling at me.

"Oh yeah, I'm here to talk to Liam."

"Oh, He's in the shower right now and he'll be out any minute now." He informed me, causing me to nod shortly after. "Anyways, I am heading out to get some Nandos."

"Okay." I smiled, waving.

"Bye." He said, reaching for the knob.

"Bye."

I was glad that I had some alone time with Liam. We needed to discuss multiple things.

In the meanwhile, I had grabbed my phone.

10 missed calls and 15 text messages which were all from Camz.

I really felt bad for lying to her and keeping it all a secret.

I was about to dial her and call her to tell her I was alright but then Liam came out of the bathroom.

"Hey Ni, where's the--" Liam stopped mid-way and stood there staring at me and may I add that he was shirtless.

"Hey Liam." I greeted, walking over to him and kissing him on the cheek.

"Hey Lo, what are you doing here?" Liam asked, smiling when my lips collided with his cheek.

"Oh yeah, I need to talk about us." I said, playing with my fingers.

"Lo, we can work it out." Liam intervened. "Please don't break up with me"

I chuckled.

"No Liam, I'm not breaking up with you but I think that it's about time that we tell the girls and the boys about us." I said, as he took a seat next to me.

"Yeah, I think we should." Liam agreed.

"Well, about that... I sorta ran away and Camila has been calling me multiple times. She's quite suspicious and that's why I think we should tell them before we withstand the consequences."

"Wait, How did Camila find out that we were hiding something?"

"Camila eavesdropped when you called earlier."

"I think we should go over to your flat now and clear things up with her."

I nodded and cuddled him, inhaling his sweet aroma.

"We should go." I spoke, pulling away.

"Let me go get changed first."

"Why? You're perfectly fine without a shirt." I winked, smirking afterwards.

He shook his head and laughed.

"It's 20 degrees outside and I might catch a sensation of pneumonia, don't want to take my chances babe."

I giggled, and watched him disappear into the nearby room.

Once Liam was finished, We headed towards his car and drove to my apartment, in which I hoped that Camila was there waiting for me.

God, How could I had walked this far? It was amongst a 20 minute ride but I've spent only 10 whilst walking.

During the ride, I deciphered on telling Camila first, about Liam and I and then tell the others after. I just didn't know how.

I've also decided that I no longer cared about the hate that I was bound to receive and that we're going public with this relationship whether people supported us or not.

When we finally arrived at my apartment, I practically ran out the car and sprinted to the doorstep.

I debated whether or not I should make a grand entrance by barging in of coming in so suddenly, by ringing the bell.

Of course, My mind was telling me to barge in so I did.

Liam was following suit and I quickly entered the household.

"Camila?" I called out for the younger girl.

"Lauren!" Camila spoke, appearing out of the doorway. "Where the hell have you been? I was worried sick."

She swiftly took into action by pulling me into her embrace.

Harry was right behind her and appeared to be staring at something behind me.

I pulled away from her warm embrace and looked behind me to find that it was Liam whom Harry was staring at this entire time.

"Hey Liam, What are you doing here?" Harry asked.

Liam posted glances around the room before looking at me with pleading eyes.

My eyes widened.

Harry and Camila were staring intensely at us, drilling holes in our brains.

"Wait, I think I know why Liam is here..." Camila said, causing me to raise an eyebrow. "Liam, You found out what Lauren is hiding!"

I rolled my eyes and chuckled.

Typical Camila, always a step behind.

"Lo, this is not a time to be joking!" Camila scowled, wondering as to why I was laughing.

"So what did you find out Liam?" Camila asked, still having that thought stuck in her mind.

Liam scratched the back of his head, wondering what response he was to come of.

"No, Camila." I sighed.

"Then what Lauren? What are you hiding?" She questioned, frowning. "We are suppose to be best friends and tell each other everything."

"Cam-"

"No." She interrupted. "I want to know what you're hiding from us. Lauren, I swear if you are doing drugs then I will-"

"Me and Liam are dating." I blurted out.

"You what?" She spoke, using an unreadable tone. "Lauren, that's great but I wish you told us earlier."

I guess I was surprised.

I thought she was gonna be mad that I didn't tell her but I guess I am just overthinking things. Now, 2 down, six more to go.
