"Rose." I corrected. I was not her student anymore. Thank God.
"Right. Uh...Rose, I can't hire you. As impressive as your end of year performance was, your behaviour before then was - well it was terrible." Oh alright tell me what you really think... "You have started fights, broken someone's arm, ran away with a moroi. Then you returned not of your own accord, and THEN you left again to hunt down the teacher who was 7 years your senior that you were having an affair with. Oh and you hadn't graduated. Before that you ran away from the ski lodge which was a disaster. You threw a hissy fit when you were not assigned the ideal moroi for the field experience... Frankly, Rose you were a complete and utter nightmare."
And pretty much the whole time she was lecturing me I just sat there with my jaw inches from hitting the stone cold floor.
"But," she continued reluctantly, "We do need an assistant trainer, you are obviously desperate and you can fight." My eyes widening, I said something stupid like -
"Wait am I hired?" To which she responded with-
"Yes."
