dear mr diary,

you may be wondering, why it is that my therapist told me to write this. she told me that i keep a lot in my head, i need to let it out some how, she told me to make video diaries, but i wouldn't want to record myself crying about things, so at least writing, you won't be able to tell whether i've been crying. not that anyone's reading - maybe when i die i'll put it in my will to give this diary to someone important to me, for them to see what i was going through throughout my life. i'm sorry, that wasn't interesting - tomorrow, i promise!
