Classes just finished and the little ball of sunshine was skipping to volleyball practice. I cant wait to spike one of Kageyama's super fast sets! Hinata thought. He opened the door to the gym to see his favorite team preparing to start practice. Hinata smiled a toothy grin and the whole gym seemed to light up.

"Your smiling like an idiot Hinata." Tsukki scoffed.

"I am not!" Hinata retorted.

Nishinoya walked up to Hinata. "Is Kageyama coming? He's running late." He asked with a hint of concern in his voice.

"Oh, that reminds me! He said he had to make up some late work, so he would be late!" Hinata chirrped.

Suga volunteered to spike for Hinata until Kageyama got there, Hinata as his happy go lucky self, was more than happy to spike anyone's  toss.

It was about thirty minutes into practice when Kageyama walked into the gym. He quickly changed and walked onto the court.

"Im here dumbass so get ready to spike." Kageyama instructed moving to the net to spike

Hinata's face lit up and he sprinted across the court as quickly as he could. He was almost ready to give Kageyama a big hug when....he tripped....

The team watched as the small baby carrot tumbled to Kageyama's feet with a plop.

"Wow Kageyama you brought him to his knees." Tsukki teased.

"S-shut up Tsukki." A light peach color began to form on Kageyama's cheeks.

Dad- I mean Daichi and Suga ran over to the small boy. "A-ARE YOU OKAY?" Suga stuttered. "Oh, yeah im fine, sorry..." Hinata said with a hint of embarrassment in his voice. "You took quite a tumble there. Be more careful next time." Daichi scolded holding his index finger in the air.

"K-kay." Hinata agreed a bit shyly.

'Okay was that just me or was Hinata just really cute? Gah, nope shut up brain.' Kageyama thought quickly brushing of the thought.

"Come on dumbass get up." Kageyama grunted

"Kay!"Hinata chimed.

A wild time skip appeared!

Its after practice and the cold air stung the little ginger's nose. Hinata quivered a bit. The winter air was really cold for the small skinny boy. Kageyama looked down to his side where the the small carrot head was slightly quivering. 'He's like a little bunny so small and diffencles. Where the hell are these thoughts coming from?'Kageyama thought to himself shaking his head at the sudden chain of thoughts.

"Hinata are you cold?"Kageyama asked blushing a bit.

'Wait what, Kageyama's worried about me?' Hinata thought astounded. But it was true, he was pretty cold.

"Uh *sniff* only a little." Hinata said, kind of congested. "B-but dont worry Im fine!" Hinata said trying not to worry his setter.

"Here, take this." The taller male took of his extra jacket.

"N-no I couldn't!" Hinata said In protest, but the jacket was already around his arms. It was so warm. The jacket was so big it went to his knees. But that only made him warmer. Hinata found himself snuggling into the jacket.

The two crows were at the separating point of there walk home.

"Here I should give this back-"

"No, just give it back tomorrow." Kageyama insisted.

"Thanks Kageyama." Hinata beamed

The duo parted ways exited to see each other tomorrow. 'Damnit hes too damn cute. Stupid adorable Dumbass. Wait! What am I thinking, crap im just gonna forget that happened.'

(a/n) so, that was the first chapter I really like this book idea and i have lots more. I dont plan on dropping this series and im open to suggestions. I hope you liked it!
