Chapter 3

The loud bell signaled the end of school,thankfully today is Friday and I have the weekend to recover from this Tiring week. I rushed to my locker pushing through the crowd, sighing when I reached my locker only to be pushed and land straight on my butt."What the hell ?" I exclaimed as another figure came tumbling straight toward me. Closing my eyes I braced for impact only for it to never come. Opening one eye, I peered out checking to see what happened. There the man that was inches from my face stood frozen. "Hello?" I called to realize every one was frozen in the same spot they were moments ago. I glanced to my left to see a boy dart around the corner. Racing down the halls , Veering left and right around my frozen class mates only to find the man suddenly vanished. As soon as he was gone every one returned to their normal behavior,including the man that used to be inches away from falling on me. I watched as he painfully hit his face with a hard SMACK.thinking that would've been me moments ago.
    I walked back to my locker,gathering my stuff to leave the school. My mind couldn't stop replaying what had happened,and who was that boy. He looked familiar , I just can't put my finger on it. I was snapped out of my thought when Talia put her arm around my shoulder."hey,are u ready yet?" She questioned completely oblivious to my paranoid state. 
   "Are you okay ?" Talia asked as soon as we got into her car finally noticing  my  current state. "Huh. Oh-uh -yeah sorry I'm just spacing out quite a bit today."I said trying to come up with a excuse quickly. "Oh okay, well are up u for a taliber A/N(Talia + amber= taliber)sleep over??" She asked jumping up and down in the drivers seat." Of course!" I said laughing at her actions ,maybe it will help me forget about that man. "Let's go " she practically shouted in my ear." Slow down Talia!" I yelled while chasing her up get front steps and into her house. Running up her steps and into her bedroom I finally caught her. Jumping on top of her I finally stopped her from bringing down the house with all of her running and we both sat down on her bed ,catching our breaths. "I'll be right back " she said revealing her sneaky smile and rushing out of the room ,leaving me all alone.

   It's been a couple minutes since Talia left and I'm starting to get worried. "Talia ?" I shouted through her empty halls. Jumping at the sound of a creek is the floor boards , I turned around to come face to face with a tall figure,dressed in all back.looking up to his face I saw who it was and almost immediately burst into tears."Ashton , your back!"
