Y/N POV:
It was about 5 o'clock when I got home, I walked in to see that jack wasn't there. He was getting home late for a while now, he did t have any meetings today so I was confirmed as to why he wasn't at home.
I called him, he picked up and said "hello?" I quickly replied "where are you?" He said "can we talk later, I have to go" and then he hung up.
I called Conor thinking that he would know where he was, he picked up and said "heyy" I said "hey Conor, do you know where Jack is?" He hesitated and said "umm, nope. Wouldn't have a clue" I said "oh ok". Once he hung up, I called jack again.
He picked up "hey baby" he says in a much happier tone. I say "hey babe, where are you?" Then as soon as I finish speaking I here a girl laughing. I say "who's that?" He hesitates and then says "oh, no one, she's no one" I start to get extremely worried. I say "are you sure?" He says "umm, yes" I quietly say "ok, when will you be home?" He says "umm... about 8" I quickly say "what? Where are you??" He says "babe, I have to go. Talk to you later. Love you" I say "oh ok, love you too"
I am really worried, is he with a girl? I decide to go to a restaurant just out of town for dinner.
JACK'S POV:
I have been working another job so that I can get Y/N a trip to the Gold Coast, Australia in time for her birthday. But I want to keep it a secret, I'm just sitting at the counter when I see her come in, I freak out. I immediately run back into the kitchen, hoping she doesn't see me.
Y/N POV:
I walk into the restaurant and the man at the counter instantly runs back into the kitchen, it was weird.
When I get home, Jack still isn't there. I sit on the sofa and wait for him to get home, at about 8:30 he gets home, I say "where were you?" He says in an excited tone "well, I have been working an extra job. And tonight I got my pay. And I finally have enough money for a trip to the Gold Coast, Australia!! I just went to the flight shop and got some tickets!! Happy Birthday baby!!!"
I am speechless. I start to cry, tears of joy. "Oh my god Jack" he says "don't cry, I did it because I love you" I give him a huge hug, "thank you so much!! I love you too"
