Noah sighed as he looked up at the building known as Beacon Hills High School. It had only been two days since he moved into this shady little town and he was already being forced to attend the shitty high school. The high school were it seemed like a crime was committed or someone was murdered every other week."Do you remember the terms of your probation?" A voiced asked, shaking Noah from his train of thought. He looked over to the drivers seen were his father, Greg, sat.
He let out a dramatic sigh and rolled his eyes at the man. "Is a probation really necessary? I mean come on, I think what I did was justified." Noah grind at his father. He knew he was being annoying but he couldn't help but let his cocky side reign free.
Greg took in deep breath to try and and calm himself. He knew that things were hard for his son and he really didn't want to yell at him. The attitude really was just his defense mechanism and Greg knew that. "Yes, it's necessary. You destroyed your mothers car, Noah. The fact that you were angry does not justify that. Just be happy they didn't throw your ass in juvie. Now do you know the rules?" Greg was never very strict. He that his son usually rebelled against authority so he tried not to be but Noah needed to know the rules here.
Noah looked over his father for a moment before letting out another sigh. "Do my work. Don't be late. No getting into fights. No detentions. No getting high, and no drinking." Noah listed off the rules he was told to follow for his probation using his fingers to count them all. When he was done he looked up to his father with furrowed eyebrows. "Can smoke cigarettes?"
Greg signed as he looked at his son. He didn't like him smoking but he knew that he couldn't stop him completely. "Yeah, just no marijuana and no smoking on school grounds. Just please don't do anything that could get you into more trouble then you are already."
Noah grinned at his father. The man had always been with him, no matter how much trouble he got in. His father was always there, one thing his mother couldn't say. With a nod Noah opened the car door and got out. Without sparing a glance at his father he began for the school. It didn't take long for him to find the main office considering it was right in the front of the school. As soon as he walked through the door he was greeted by the principal. They had a long chat about the rules he would have to follow and the consequences of not following them. By the time Noah got his scheduled he was twenty minutes late for his first class.
His first class was chemistry. As soon as he walked into the class room all eyes were on him. He glanced around the classroom taking in his surroundings. Girls were gossiping here and there, people stared at him with curious looks, some looked like they couldn't give less of a damn about him. He let out a soft chuckle when he heard a girl comment on how cute he was. If only they knew that he didn't exactly swing that way, but they should know soon. Noah was never shy about who he was and what he liked, he never had been.
"You must be our new student. Noah Rockwell was it?" The man didn't even wait for conformation instead he just kept talking. "Why don't you take a seat?"
With a nod Noah scanned the class room again. He found two empty seats in the room. One was behind a guy with light brown hair that was obviously very attractive. The other one was next to a girl that was looking at Noah like he was some god.
Without a second thought Noah made his was towards the attractive male. "Is anyone sitting here?" He asked quietly though he knew the answer was 'no' and even if it was yes he wouldn't care.
The kid sort of just starred at Noah for a moment. Noah took that time to stare straight into his cornflower blue eyes. Even though Noah himself had a similar set of pale blue ones he could help but find the boys eyes more intriguing. More beautiful.
"Uh, no, it's fine." The boy stuttered out. He didn't know why he was stuttering though. He isn't usually very nervous around strangers in fact he acts cockier than he really is. There shouldn't be anything different about this boy.
Noah bowed his head slightly to hide his smirk before sliding into the open seat. When the teacher noticed that Noah had taken his seat, he continued with his lesson.
Not even a minute after he started did the boy sitting in front of Noah turn around. Noah shifted his gaze to meet that of the boy in front of him.
"I'm Liam by the way. Liam Dunbar." The guy said with a smile.
Noah wasn't going to lie, he found the look extremely attractive so in return he sent a small one back.
"Noah Rockwell but you probably already know that." He said nonchalantly as if talking to someone as hot as the boy before him was an everyday occurrence. Well in his experience it sort was.
He drew people in like a magnet. Girls, guys, whatever! There was just something about him that catches people's attention.
And right now he has the attention of a very hot freshman that goes by Liam Dunbar.
"Dunbar! I know that having a new student must be very intriguing to you considering you yourself are new. But I wouldn't want to get you or Mr. Rockwell into trouble. Especially you Mr. Rockwell, I know your track record." The teacher, thats name Noah hadn't bothered to learn, called out from the front of the class.
Liam answered with a swift nod and a 'yes sir'. While Noah, on the other hand, have the teacher a large smile and a thumbs up. With a roll of his eyes the teacher turned back to the board. Noah's smile instantly dropped and his thumbs up quickly flipped and was. Replaced with his middle finger.
The action made some students snicker including Liam, who sent Noah a big grin.
Noah sent Liam a grin of his own with one thing on his mind:
This could be interesting.
